Great hotel, bare concrete aesthetic give a nice feel but the exposed services are noisy when water is flushed to drains. Pool is medium sized and roof seating area closed currently for maintenance. Great variety for breakfast

Clean room! Nice pool, especially if you like to swim laps. Staff was friendly and helpful when we ran into a problem. Room was a bit wonky, but our priorities were cleanliness, pool, and a good price—which is what we got.

room was relatively really clean and hardly any bugs despite being in the mountains, we got some stained towels once but the hotel staff changed them immediately for us after calling in location wise is actually better than staying in the heart of one popular location, its essentially 20-40 mins away from all the main areas, so honestly u can go to a different place each day rather than being stuck in one location. the service was fantastic, the reception staff are quick to respond and pick up calls, the cleaning staff are quick to bring new items to the room and very thorough, there are tuktuks 24/7 and they arrive very very quickly to pick u up from your room and take u to ur room from the lobby, idk what some other reviewers are saying because they were super fast and available during my stay the amenities in the room are all free which is great, wish their hair dryer was a bit more powerful, and also had a slight problem with the power shutting on and off every now and then, the aircon setting is also set to quite a cold temperature otherwise i think this was a great stay, rooms are beautiful, bathroom was beautiful, its very private and secluded

We were welcomed with a room upgrade! The hotel is quiet, with no turists in the neighbouring area, only locals. We enjoyed it but it would have been far from everything without renting a scooter/a car/organize a taxi. There is a big gym very close to the Hotel. Service was good, with friendly receptionist/owner AND cat. The room was clean, spacious and we enjoyed the terrace and the hills view. The bathroom was also good.

Vipa House is nicely located in the south of Phuket, with easy access to Chalong Pier (for island hopping activities), Phuket old town, beaches and other must-see scenic spots such as Cape Promthrep, Big Buddha, Crocodile Farm, Tiger Show, etc, which are convenient for family outings.

Great room (Although if you’re with someone else the toilet is a little less than private). Loved the sun trap garden on the bottom floor where we were. The restaurant was so good and extremely good value for money (Beer at 60 baht, main dishes 60 baht and up). Nice pool and relaxing areas. I guess the location is good if you need to be in this area (We did as had family nearby) but if you’re looking for somewhere near the beach then maybe not ideal. Overall great quality and will book again as, for me, the location is just where I need it.

There was a cockroach in the villa room I was checked in to and had a lot of ants as well as spiders. I didn’t find the room to be very well maintained but the staff were very accommodating and changed my room to another one that was closer to the seaside. The remainder of my stay was definitely comfortable. In terms of the location, it is more down south towards the east end of phuket and very close to rawai beach as well as ya noi beach.

Been staying here since 2020 in there first hotel chain but this one is my favourite clean quiet and nicest hotel on fitness street staff super friendly and helpful

The service is very good, the facilities are complete, the surrounding scenery is beautiful, and it is very suitable for vacation!
