"I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very modern and the staff is wonderful. I booked this room the day of arrival and was still able to get a complimentary hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The hotel car was very modern as well. The free breakfast was great and I ate at the restaurant every night. Special shoutout to the driver Dodos who helped me navigate through the area. The hotel is in a very busy area with shops and restaurants and stores. Dodos took his own time to walk with me around the area. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I would have no issues booking here again."

"I thought our stay here was perfectly fine. Our room had a living room and walk-out patio on the first floor, the AC and hot water worked fine. Our group had dinner at the hotel one night and the meals seemed satisfactory in general, certainly no worse than the restaurants we visited nearby. I went to the bar a few times and the service was always fast and friendly. The breakfast buffet is small but adequate. The neighborhood is nice, although walkability depends on your ability to handle steep hills. "

"Absolutely loved our stay at the Radisson Blu Kigali. The room was modern, spotless, and the view over Kigali was unforgettable. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've seen. The pool area is perfect for relaxing. While you need a taxi to get to town, the peaceful location is worth it. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!"

"I am used to travel all over the world and I was impressed by this hotel. I would like to thank personally BATAMURIZA Jennifer and Fridah for her warm welcome! The rooms are quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is amazing . The pool, sauna and massages : beautiful. If I had one critic to point out: the sofas in the lounge are design but not very comfortable but this is a personal opinion. Thank you to all the staff !"

"Hosted at the hotel "Five to Five in Room # 12" for 3 days, my joy was to find that it was like an apartment where good comfort was offered. With my age of 58, I easily found warm water without shoving me by calls to the reception, a good breakfast by various menus at my choice except that I did not find any soup. We ask more help from the agents of reception even for orientations in outside the hotel, which may have received visitors for a 1st time"

"I had sent 2 emails to inform lodge i would check in at 2.30 am; no one was on reception when I arrived. Had to wait 20 minutes for guy to show. They’d put in very loud room beside very busy dual carriageway. In the end they upgraded me to quieter room but still heard construction noise banging from neighbouring compound throughout the night. I left a 10,000 franc tip for dinner one night; that was mistakenly put on check out bill for $10. It is beautiful but I have quite a few buts…."
