We stayed here twice (with 2 children) and had a great time! It is a lovely hotel with a super relaxed vibe. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the manager is extremely responsive and helpful. There are many lovely details all around the hotel: from the beautiful plants and flowers everywhere, to the lighting, the art works, the pottery, the books in the lounge... The location is good for exploring the city (use Yego). Apart from (a delicious) breakfast, there is no restaurant, but you can easily order food from partner-restaurants or just walk to restaurants in the neighbourhood.

I spent a night here and had a very good sleep. Personnel here is super friendly. My stay was very short, basically I just used the bed and the shower but as everything was so comforting I directly felt very relaxed. The area is close to some restaurants, bars I really enjoyed.

Very good value for money at The Nest. Nice friendly ambience, a good bed and good breakfast. Centrally located near to the convention center and Kigali Heights. And not to forget the complementary massage by seeing hands. Thank you for the great stay!

It's far away from being a "Boutique Guesthouse". Luck of inspiration for breakfast, always the same, sometimes the bread wasn't fresh, fruits were missing...There is one Girl at the reception who is really smart, the Girl without glasses. But some of the stuff members, you feel like interrupting them. I had an issue with the bill! We tried to sorted out, I recalculated after, paid to much & no answer so far from the managment, after writing an E-Mail. Not orofessional

The Nest Rugando is a pleasant place to stay, about 10/15 minutes walk from Kigali Convention Centre. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay here, so would recommend to other travellers to Kigali. My room was fairly basic (fine for a short stay) but was clean and my bed was made/towels refreshed every day. The outdoor seating areas was really nice. There was fast, reliable wifi and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in the price of the hotel, I really enjoyed the fresh fruits and pancakes.

I booked this hotel however, they sent me to the sister hotel Nest Kimi. The location is amazing, 15 minutes walk to the convention center where, there great restaurants. It is a very walking area of town very safe also. There are many dining options around the hotel Nest Kimi itself just few steps away. There is no room cleaning services throughout my 4 days there. The breakfast area is smaller but you can order options from the menu whis great. You can order smoothly, pancakes, omelets. No ac or fan in the room. There is a nest in the room but not prevent some bites however. Be aware that they may ask to again at the check out even with prepaid reservation. You need to have your ********** recept with you

The email response and assistance was great throughout the arrangement period. Arranged an affordable taxi and reception was fast and assistance great. Accommodation was all good - no hot water as fas as we could get out the shower. Several very convenient restaurants and even supermarket close

I really like the staff at The Nest. They were always helpful when needed and their service was too dope. Also, the prices at the hotel are reasonable for travelers. Eh! the WIFI was also free and fast. N.B: Good place for breakfast.
