Good room

Good, good, friendly service

The unit bath had a smell from the pipes which was unpleasant. The TV was also difficult to use. I wish the breakfast menu had a larger selection. The room was nice and spacious, although I thought it could have been a little larger.

The parking lot is quite far from the hotel, and although parking lots 2 and 3 nearby are available, I was told to park in parking lot 5. I ignored it and parked in parking lot 2, but no one said anything. They told me to park there from the beginning, and the elevator smelled like sewage. I only felt like eating curry for breakfast, and the room was the worst because there was no charging facility for my phone, and it was difficult to connect to Wi-Fi. There was only one antenna, so it would stop halfway through watching a video. The shower was really weak. The only good thing about it was that the towels were easy to use and the air conditioning worked well. The TV was quite old and the angle of view was not right, so it was impossible to read subtitles, and there was no way I was going to watch it on repeat!

Only breakfast was available but it was delicious.

We went as a couple during the Obon holiday, and it was crowded. It was good that it was close to the downtown area, but the izakayas were fully booked, and we got tired walking around looking for one! We could have changed the hotel to a smoking one, but the room was a bit dusty, and the bathroom was only a single size. It would have been better to bring the amenities in the lobby with you from the start! Breakfast was also crowded, so we couldn't enjoy it leisurely! I guess it was fine considering the time of year and our budget...

The building looked old, but it was comfortable. I was happy with the complimentary coffee and the choice of shampoo. I'd like to use it again the next time I visit Kitami.

The bar district is nearby, making it convenient for business trips!

It was convenient and close to downtown. Building is not new, but cleaning is perfect and does not have any problem.

There is a little distance from the parking lot to the hotel and you have to walk, but it is very helpful because there are many parking lots and no charge.

It's a shame that it's not clean

住在北見然後去紋別坐破冰船，也還算方便，房間比一般的還大一點，雖然酒店有點老了，但還算乾淨。出門就是本地烤肉點，很經濟實惠。

約８年通ってますが、新しい空調設備が出来て、室内は前よりは快適に成ってますが、空調設備の音がとてもうるさく、テレビの音量🔊も上げて、隣接の部屋にかなり気を使います、又睡眠時にも、問題です❗もう、違うホテルに代えようと思います‼️
