Arrived in the early morning. It's actually a B&B, not a hotel. The black guy at the front desk was very casual, but the room was still very spacious.

The room is clean, well-structured, and faces southeast, so it is bright and sunny as soon as the sun comes out. You can cook and there is a washing machine and dryer, so life is very convenient.

This was a really great, clean apartment with great access to everything we needed to get to. Super simple to check in and check out, and had most of what we needed. Kitchen was a bit sparse and would have benefitted from tea towels in the kitchen, but otherwise exactly what we needed for a few days in town.

The booking was for a whole apartment. It was super nice, and clean. There was a washer and dryer available. The bed and furniture was comfortable. There was even a balcony.

What a great spot - cute spaces, comfortable bed & pillows, very clean and convenient to the train and public transit. Perfect if doing business in KitchenerWaterloo. Only drawback is that is not close by to walk to dining or groceries.
I will stay again!

My overall experience was pretty good. Our room was clean, there were plenty of cleaning products for us to use such as laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent which was great. You are basically renting a whole unit in a hotel setting for a great price.

First room we were put into was extremely hot and the bathroom lighting didn’t work. We were moved to another room which was equally as hot. Parking is VERY expensive ($45 for less than 24 hours). Beautiful space, but for the price ($200/night), you should expect functioning AC and free, if not significantly cheaper, parking (even the $20 parking they offer is pricey in the grand scheme of things and compared to other parking in the area).
