"The city of Bole is a pleasant surprise and I am quite satisfied with it. The front desk staff provided excellent service and helped us upgrade the room type. It was very comfortable and cozy as soon as we entered. The decoration was also very unique. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, which was not a problem for two people. It was a good deal when I booked it, about 130, which was very cost-effective in the off-season. The sleep was also very comfortable, and the bedding was very skin-friendly and did not cause allergies. The sound insulation was OK, not too noisy, which was good."

"The deluxe standard room was quite good, actually really nice. Its proximity to the Sayram Lake Scenic Area is very convenient. Breakfast was just okay. I'd advise visitors to book in advance. Definitely avoid the loft rooms; they're a huge mistake. The toilet in the loft smelled awful and the odor wouldn't dissipate, like a septic tank."

"This is the guesthouse I booked when I went to Sayram Lake with my parents. The environment exceeded my expectations, and my parents were very satisfied. The location was easy to find, parking was convenient, and there were guesthouses all around. I was also quite lucky; we even caught a party event in the square next door, with thousands of people having a bonfire and dancing – it was so much fun! We booked a triple room, with each person having their own bed, and the beds were very comfortable. The owner and the receptionist were very friendly and even helped with our luggage – thumbs up! 👍 After comparing several places, I think this one was great value for money! Unfortunately, we got back too late yesterday and just video chatted with my friends, so I didn't take any pictures."

The hotel is at the north gate of Sailimu Lake. Generally, tourist groups will enter from the east gate and then exit from the north gate. I suggest entering from the north gate and exiting from the east gate to avoid the large group."

Surprise 2: The boss is a family of three, the son is a handsome guy in Kazakh, is the best Mandarin at home, communication with customers is him, communication is completely barrier-free, the family is particularly simple and enthusiastic, ask everything is to get it will try to satisfy. Surprise 3: They raised a group of cattle in their family, and other families on the mountain behind them raised a group of sheep. There are 2 sheep dogs and a few horses in the family. This is really a picture that children like. Play with dogs, talk to lambs, ride horses and ride horses all the time... There is also the difference between sheep dung and cow dung. "It is just a 1-minute drive from the ticket office at the entrance of the scenic spot, which is very convenient. The hotel is newly renovated. Although there are other hotels around that are under renovation, it does not affect our rest. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. We were four girls and lived in a triple room which was very spacious and one bed was enough for two people. Very cost-effective. The boss was very welcoming. He helped us with our luggage and gave us many instructions. He even invited us to have dinner as we arrived too late. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to enjoy it because we went to take pictures of the sunset. If you are driving, please navigate to the People’s Hospital which is closer to his home! We put our luggage on the bed before taking the photo, so please take a look at the photos."

"The front desk service is really warm and caring, and the response is very timely, which has nothing to say. The room decoration is also good. But the hygiene is really unacceptable. There was a smell as soon as I entered the room, there was a stain on the floor, and water or urine stains could be seen on the toilet. The hair dryer was picked up, and the shell was full of water stains and floating hair. I told the front desk at the time that they had a good attitude. I thought about washing my hair first and going out, and then letting them clean up. As a result, when I played back at night, the stains were still there. I tried to wipe them myself. I could remove some of them. The rest was like building stains. Although I could understand it, it affected my mood. The most unbearable thing was to have breakfast the next day. The dishes and bowls I took around 10 o'clock were dirty. The front desk was very intimate, but the problems reflected were not really solved, and the hygiene could not keep up."
