"This is my second stay here, and one excellent improvement is that the breakfast is much richer than my first visit, offering a variety of Quanzhou local snacks. The hotel environment is very clean, and the facilities are well-equipped. The room is spacious and very comfortable to stay in. There's free parking, which is very convenient. The service is beyond words – enthusiastic, efficient, and they practically fulfill every request! The front desk lady even upgraded my room without me asking, and I received a complimentary souvenir upon checkout, which was an absolute surprise. I'll definitely be back!"

"I often stay here for business trips, and the location is incredibly convenient. It's close to the airport, which is a huge relief when I have an early flight or arrive late. The bus stop downstairs offers connections to everywhere, making it easy to get to client meetings. Not including breakfast actually works out well, as I can try different things at the snack street downstairs every day. The room is spacious, and the Wi-Fi is stable, perfect for video conferences. Coming back in the evening, I can grab a late-night snack downstairs to unwind after a long day. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the service is efficient. It's definitely my first choice for business travel."

"Traveling from Beijing all the way to Quanzhou, I chose the Hilton Quanzhou. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Xiaohu at the front desk, who was very welcoming and seemed quite gentle. Check-in was quick and professional. The room they assigned me had an excellent view with two floor-to-ceiling windows that really brightened my mood. The breakfast was also great. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning in the room wasn't very responsive. Thanks to Lily Hu at the front desk, who was very warm and polite, and always ready to answer any questions."

"This stay in the deluxe king room was fantastic! The space was so generous I could actually practice yoga in it. The bedding was custom-made, with a mattress that was just the right firmness and pillows in both high and low options – perfect for crashing after an all-nighter. The separate shower and toilet (wet and dry areas) were a huge plus, and the water pressure was so strong it felt like a spa. Plus, the room was spotless and well-maintained. The service was excellent too. Check-in at the front desk was super quick, which I really appreciated. The breakfast offered a great mix of Chinese and Western options, with enough variety to keep things interesting every day, and plenty of time to enjoy it at leisure. A special bonus was the airport transfer service, and the large parking lot meant I never had to worry about finding a spot."

"The hotel is nice, lobby and reception is nice. Room is a little bit old fashioned and not so modern but it’s quite spacious. The service of the staff was good. Special thanks to Mr Hanson Liu for his hospitality and for his help. We’re first time staying at this area and he was so kind and guided us when we asked him where’s the nearest mall or supermarket because the hotel location is quite isolated. He even wrote the address in a piece of paper so that the driver would be easy to find the place. Housekeeping staff was nice and helpful too. They have self service laundry room too and if we encounter problem, their staffs are ready to help. Overall it’s a nice stay here."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and the service has always been outstanding. Whenever I’ve had difficulties in China, the staff have gone out of their way to help me, whether with translation or practical problems. They even helped me recover laundry I had forgotten at another hotel in Shanghai, and on another occasion, when I lost my wallet, they helped me contact the driver. They are extremely competent, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The hotel is also very well maintained, the view is great, and even the robot service is reliable. Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at in China, this is easily the best in terms of service."

"It is very good experience except the toilet has no privacy and there wasn’t any bedsheet the pelow was one for every bed but overall the staffs are superb if I was the owner this hotel I definitely treat them like my own children and thake care of them and never ever forget there necessities always would appreciate there efforts ☺️"

There's even a direct drinking water dispenser, which is great for avoiding the hygiene issues of kettles. The front desk staff were all very thoughtful, and I had a really comfortable stay.
