"採光很好，白天屋裡很明亮，床鋪鬆軟乾淨舒服。冰箱洗衣機都正常使用。我住的樓層很高，白天躺靠在床上，面前大屏電視，往右邊看就是窗外藍天白雲風景，陽光撒地上但並不會照到床上，但是依然很温暖，打開窗户，時不時一股涼風穿過陽光撲在你身上，就這一刻，什麼工作啥的都去一邊去。下次來牡丹江出差，肯定還會再來，不必多説，性價比這塊也沒的説，很好。"
