GGuest UserFive-star review! A double delight of stunning Snow Town scenery and a trendy new hotel. Snow Town truly left me speechless with its beauty! The pristine white snow piles up into plump ”snow mushrooms,” and the red lanterns glow against the snow. Walking down Snow Rhyme Street felt like stepping into a frosted fairytale town, and the snowy scenery of Yangcao Mountain was simply picturesque; every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine. The hotel we stayed at was incredibly surprising – new, stylish, and tasteful. It blended a modern minimalist aesthetic with northeastern elements like floral cotton-padded jackets, warm lighting, and natural wood textures. The design was all in the details and completely exceeded my expectations. The cozy, warm room combined with the icy winter wonderland outside made for an extremely comfortable and pleasant stay. This Snow Town trip was made even more perfect by the beautiful scenery and excellent accommodation. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserGreat location to stay at... close to the scenic site, just a walk over. There are plenty of restaurants around as well as there's one in the hotel. Reception was super helpful and warm, offering to book rides for us, as well as telling us of the complimentary breakfast, which we only tried on the second day as we headed out on the first early in the morning before breakfast was ready. Great spread of breakfast, too, when we tried the 2nd day. The room was very spacious, and we enjoyed the Mahjong table... hand a game or two during the late night. The room was clean and comfortable. It is likely one of the best hotels to stay near the north gate of JinPoHu.

AAnonymous UserI was on the road for nearly ten days and this was the most unsatisfactory hotel I stayed in. When I originally chose it, I saw that it was a relatively good hotel in Suifenhe and the price was not very cheap. I thought the sanitary conditions and services would be relatively better, but it really wasn’t. 1. When I checked in, I wanted to arrange a room on the same floor because I was accompanying my parents. I also noted these requirements when booking. When we arrived, there were no rooms on the same floor. The front desk staff said they would help us move one. I said it was OK, but after we checked in, I found out that the room my parents had was older than the one booked. I think I can accept the smaller room class because we are on the same floor. But should you inform me when you change? After all, the cost of booking a room is different. 2. After washing my hands after entering, I saw a large sign of mold above the sink. This was not the result of being too busy during the holidays and not paying attention. It looked like it was caused by a long period of time. In fact, it is very simple to buy a mildew removal spray and rub it on. It will be much better. Instead of not handling it at all, it will affect the check-in experience. 3. There are cigarette butts in the crack of the bathroom door. The water is blocked and the water is completely blocked. It is impossible to take a long bath. This is simply because they did not take it seriously when cleaning. Since your hotel has so many rooms that can be booked, it should be guaranteed to be full. It won't affect the guest's experience the next day, right? Also, the previous customer used half of the excess toilet paper and the edges were wet. He didn't change it and just left it there for me to continue using. He was so angry that he forgot to take a photo. All in all, a very, very, very unsatisfactory stay experience.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the north gate of Jingbo Lake Scenic Area (5A), and you can reach the scenic area on foot. The hotel is considered to be one of the largest and best B&Bs nearby. The service staff are enthusiastic. The guy and uncle at the front desk are very considerate and help carry luggage to the room on the second floor. There is a restaurant downstairs. Northeastern cuisine and Jingbo Lake fish feast are clearly priced. Live fish taste good. There is its own parking space in front of the hotel, which is especially convenient for self-driving. The room does not include breakfast, but the owner's family is hospitable and will provide a unique and delicious simple breakfast.

NNaraxiaolvThis is probably the best value-for-money hotel in Xuexiang. The rooms are fully smart, with two floor-to-ceiling windows! Very clean. The hotel offers luggage pickup and drop-off, a water-to-ice splashing experience, and even provides local cotton-padded jackets in the rooms. Plastic sleds for kids to play with are also free. The toiletries in the room are complete, and the service is very attentive. I'd definitely stay here again next time. The only minor issue is that the WiFi is a bit slow.

LLiangshuangdexiatianI finally got to see what a ”reverse upgrade” means! I booked a deluxe twin room, but the hotel offered to upgrade me to a triple room free of charge. I had some questions, but they kept giving me all sorts of excuses. After I debunked them, they admitted they were short on deluxe twins. I relented and agreed to the upgrade without further ado. Only when I got to the room did I realize I'd been ripped off. The room wasn't as big as they'd claimed. The so-called triple room was just a twin room with one bed crammed into it. I'd paid for a deluxe twin room but ended up in a superior twin room. Even charging my phone was a problem. The linens were a bit worn, the internet was terrible, and there were only 11 channels, some of which were completely unavailable. I was woken early in the morning by the sound of firecrackers. Later, I realized there were three wedding processions. I immediately understood why the hotel offered to upgrade me to a triple room. ”Did you get your red envelopes? Where's mine?”

AAnnaaaaaGHow should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located right in the center, very convenient: everything is close by. The linens are clean and crisp white, and towels are changed daily. The breakfast buffet is good, with plenty of everything and delicious. What I didn't like: smoking is allowed in the lobby, but there's no ventilation, so all the smoke goes into the rooms; the hotel's renovations are a bit tired.

GGuest UserThis is a new hotel with spacious rooms, perfect for bringing children. The bedding is very comfortable, and crucially, there are plenty of charging areas, which is enough for two children. There's also ample hanging space for clothes. Opening the window in the morning, you're greeted by lush greenery. It feels like the newest and cleanest hotel in the area. Access to the canyon scenic area is very convenient. The owner drove us there in the evening, and the walk back was a short distance. There are also many dining options nearby, and the hotel also provides breakfast. The owner was very welcoming and even offered a shuttle service to the scenic area, even though it's very close, only about a three-minute drive.

The room is relatively large, the interior is clean and tidy, and the imported smart toilet 🚽 is complete with toiletries. Special thanks to Miss Yu at the front desk. Under our request, we solved the special car for the next day. Thank you again to Miss Yu and the driver. 🙏 The dinner at the hotel is also very delicious, the lake fish is very fresh 🐟 clearly marked. All in all, this is a recommended hotel.
