Perfect

It was a nice stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we were sick during our trip and they helped us got medicines. The room has an amazing view and we saw the fireworks from the room. The location of the hotel is very close to all things, and especially perfect for those ski lovers as the ski ground is right behind the hotel.

Great location to stay at... close to the scenic site, just a walk over. There are plenty of restaurants around as well as there's one in the hotel. Reception was super helpful and warm, offering to book rides for us, as well as telling us of the complimentary breakfast, which we only tried on the second day as we headed out on the first early in the morning before breakfast was ready. Great spread of breakfast, too, when we tried the 2nd day. The room was very spacious, and we enjoyed the Mahjong table... hand a game or two during the late night. The room was clean and comfortable. It is likely one of the best hotels to stay near the north gate of JinPoHu.

A very good hotel for such a small Chinese city👍🏼The rooms are non-smoking, clean with daily cleaning, the mattress is comfortable, soaps and toiletries in large quantities with the aroma of green tea (very pleasant), breakfasts are quite varied and tasty, a beautiful reception and recreation area (this area is smoked). They checked us in before 2 pm (we arrived at about 10 am) without any extra charge or waiting.

When we left the hotel, the weather was very hot. The lady boss stuffed several bottles of mineral water for us to cool down. It was very considerate. I traveled with my parents. The elderly could not climb the third floor, so the hotel was very considerate to change the room on the lower floor. The hotel is clean. I like the design of the top floor with a spire. You can order food on the first floor. There are many varieties and reasonable prices. The dishes are very good. It was quite unexpected. The hotel gave breakfast as a gift. Ctrip should cooperate more with such a humanized hotel. The boss is also very considerate in recommending scenic spots. He will not make random recommendations for money. Thanks for the guidance. It is really important to have a kind person to guide you when you are in an unfamiliar place. The hotel is in a very conspicuous place in Waterfall Village. It only takes five minutes to walk to the gate of the scenic spot. If you drive, you can also park your car in the scenic area. You can park it at any time for ten yuan. The hotel parking lot and the scenic area parking lot are very large. The play time exceeded, and I called the hotel to extend the long check-out time. The hotel also did it very considerately. We had a lot of fun at Jingpo Lake. Friendly reminder: there is no need to take a boat ride, really, it is not necessary. The waterfall is still worth visiting. There is a diving show, which you can also watch. There is also a light show at night, but I personally think it is better not to watch it, as the natural scenery is more beautiful.

We stayed at Mountain Talk for four nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is strategically located inside Snow Village, making it easy to explore the area, especially during winter. The room was clean, well maintained, and offered a beautiful view of the snow-covered landscape, which made the stay feel extra special. The environment is very peaceful, perfect for families and travelers who want to relax after a full day in the snow. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff, especially Mr. Haizi, was extremely accommodating and helpful. He assisted us many times and made sure our stay was comfortable and smooth from start to finish. Tips for future guests: • Choose a room with a window view for the full snow village experience. • Winter nights can be very cold, so bring proper thermal wear even indoors. • The location is ideal if you want to enjoy night walks and early morning views without rushing. • If you need help with transport, schedules, or basic arrangements, do not hesitate to ask the staff. They are very willing to assist. Overall, Mountain Talk is a cozy and welcoming place to stay, with excellent service and a calm atmosphere. Highly recommended for those visiting Snow Village in winter, especially families.

The hotel also provides a pick-up service from the bus stop and assists with transporting luggage, which is very helpful. All staff members are kind, friendly, and attentive. Breakfast is tasty; however, only Chinese dishes are available. The hotel is slightly expensive, but it is well worth the price for those who wish to stay inside Snow Town and enjoy the convenience and overall experience.

The hotel is located right in the center, very convenient: everything is close by. The linens are clean and crisp white, and towels are changed daily. The breakfast buffet is good, with plenty of everything and delicious. What I didn't like: smoking is allowed in the lobby, but there's no ventilation, so all the smoke goes into the rooms; the hotel's renovations are a bit tired.

The front desk guy and girl are very gentle. We were assigned to the floor without an elevator. We had a lot of luggage, and the front desk guy helped us carry it.
