First time in Snow Town as a southerner, and this hotel completely won me over! ❄️ Seriously, this Snow Town hotel is ridiculously close to the ski resort. I could sleep in an extra ten minutes in the morning ⏰, stroll over to the slopes, and still not be late. Ski fanatics, rejoice! 🥳 The Xichaxuan King Room I stayed in was absolutely fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and the super soft bed made me never want to get up 🛌. The heating was incredibly powerful, completely saying goodbye to the damp cold of the south 👋! Disposable towels, toilet seat covers, and complimentary mineral water 🫙 – they thought of every single detail. The most delightful surprise was the hotel's free activities! Playing 'splash water into ice' in sub-zero temperatures 💦, the moment the ice crystals flew everywhere was breathtakingly beautiful, simply magical ✨. They also had free sledges available, perfect for both seniors and kids. The crunching sound as it glided over the snow was pure winter happiness 🎿! Add to that the free shuttle service and a hearty breakfast buffet 🍜, and it was such a comfortable and pleasant stay. I've already been raving about it to all my friends! ✌️✌️✌️

Great location to stay at... close to the scenic site, just a walk over. There are plenty of restaurants around as well as there's one in the hotel. Reception was super helpful and warm, offering to book rides for us, as well as telling us of the complimentary breakfast, which we only tried on the second day as we headed out on the first early in the morning before breakfast was ready. Great spread of breakfast, too, when we tried the 2nd day. The room was very spacious, and we enjoyed the Mahjong table... hand a game or two during the late night. The room was clean and comfortable. It is likely one of the best hotels to stay near the north gate of JinPoHu.

The hotel is brand new, and the rooms are very clean and unique. You can enjoy the outdoor scenery right from your bed. They offered complimentary frozen pears and persimmons upon check-in, and a free breakfast. The ground floor houses a cafe where you can order coffee and milk tea. The hotel also provides butler service. When entering Snow Village, a butler will pick you up and guide you, and they'll inform you of activity times in advance. Our butler, Xiao Wu, accompanied us throughout our stay, taking us to the best spots for photos in Snow Village, helping us take pictures, even refilling our hot water. They guided us in playing 'water splashing into ice,' letting us do it as many times as we wanted until we were thoroughly entertained. When we left, they dropped us off at the bus station and helped with our luggage the whole way. The service was excellent. Five-star rating for Butler Xiao Wu!

The room wasn't as big as it looked in the pictures, but it was still spacious enough for three people, which is understandable given how expensive space is here. When we first arrived, we felt a bit cold. They brought us an electric heater, but honestly, it wasn't the room that was cold, it was just us being chilled from outside. So, we turned it off after a while. In the evening, when we wanted to eat in the room, they even brought us a small 'kang' table (a heated brick bed, used here for a low table). The service at Xueshang Yunsheng was exceptionally good; they were never bothered no matter when we asked for help. The tickets we bought for the Ice and Snow Gallery and the big ** (attraction) were a great deal. The accommodation was clean, and the hot water for showering was excellent. I didn't take any photos. I didn't take any photos inside the room. Some people say that in Xuexiang, the hot water is bad, and rooms lack water and toilet paper, but we didn't experience any of that. Overall, we were very satisfied.

I was on the road for nearly ten days and this was the most unsatisfactory hotel I stayed in. When I originally chose it, I saw that it was a relatively good hotel in Suifenhe and the price was not very cheap. I thought the sanitary conditions and services would be relatively better, but it really wasn’t. 1. When I checked in, I wanted to arrange a room on the same floor because I was accompanying my parents. I also noted these requirements when booking. When we arrived, there were no rooms on the same floor. The front desk staff said they would help us move one. I said it was OK, but after we checked in, I found out that the room my parents had was older than the one booked. I think I can accept the smaller room class because we are on the same floor. But should you inform me when you change? After all, the cost of booking a room is different. 2. After washing my hands after entering, I saw a large sign of mold above the sink. This was not the result of being too busy during the holidays and not paying attention. It looked like it was caused by a long period of time. In fact, it is very simple to buy a mildew removal spray and rub it on. It will be much better. Instead of not handling it at all, it will affect the check-in experience. 3. There are cigarette butts in the crack of the bathroom door. The water is blocked and the water is completely blocked. It is impossible to take a long bath. This is simply because they did not take it seriously when cleaning. Since your hotel has so many rooms that can be booked, it should be guaranteed to be full. It won't affect the guest's experience the next day, right? Also, the previous customer used half of the excess toilet paper and the edges were wet. He didn't change it and just left it there for me to continue using. He was so angry that he forgot to take a photo. All in all, a very, very, very unsatisfactory stay experience.

The service at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to meet my needs promptly. The room was also very clean and comfortable, and the bed was super cozy. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, close to all the activities in Snow Town. The room facilities were excellent, everything was neat and tidy, and all the necessary amenities were provided, making for a truly pleasant stay.

(This is absolutely, 100% genuine and I'm so touched!!!) My boyfriend and I traveled together, and we only booked this hotel in Xuexiang the night before, but it turned out to be the luckiest decision I made on this trip! Shortly after booking, they assigned us an incredibly enthusiastic butler! From travel itinerary planning to basic hotel services, he was almost always online 24/7. He explained all the activities available in the scenic area, customized our route based on our preferences, helped us book all our tickets, and even arranged our return transportation to Harbin, considering the heavy snow might block roads. Ahhh, seriously, if we had any questions or didn't know where to go, we could ask him and he'd reply instantly! So cool! When we got back to the hotel at 11 PM, the hotel restaurant was closed, and there was no delivery service in Xuexiang. But our butler first prepared frozen pears, frozen persimmons, and other fruits for us, and then went out into the snow, checking multiple stores to get us dinner 🥹 (He truly anticipated all our needs and proactively recommended more cost-effective options – he's seriously so genuine 🥹) The hotel restaurant service was also excellent; the dishes were incredibly fresh and delicious! Today was so much fun! We saw thick snow, snow mushrooms, visited **Qiang's house, watched Northeast Errenzhuan (a local folk art), rode snow tubes on Bangchui Mountain, participated in a 'down jacket disco,' and embraced under the fireworks! So, I believe that the key to every trip is the encounters you make. We were so fortunate to encounter a hotel that provided such immense emotional value. This was a truly wonderful experience and a very romantic trip. In the vast, icy, and wild Northeast, gentle fairy tales can be told…💕

Big shoutout to the hotel owner! The service was absolutely excellent. They helped us book a private car, tickets for Dazigou Mountain, the Reindeer Tribe, and Errenzhuan performances – all at a great price. They were really enthusiastic and patient too. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, just a bit warm, haha!

The rooms are well-equipped, and the staff are highly professional. I looked at several hotels in Xuexiang, and Snow Mountain Snow Hotel really stands out. The breakfast selection is rich, the room facilities are new, and the bedding is comfortable. Overall, it's excellent value for money and a very satisfying experience. Thumbs up!👍

How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!
