AAnonymous UserGreat location to stay at... close to the scenic site, just a walk over. There are plenty of restaurants around as well as there's one in the hotel.
Reception was super helpful and warm, offering to book rides for us, as well as telling us of the complimentary breakfast, which we only tried on the second day as we headed out on the first early in the morning before breakfast was ready. Great spread of breakfast, too, when we tried the 2nd day.
The room was very spacious, and we enjoyed the Mahjong table... hand a game or two during the late night.
The room was clean and comfortable.
It is likely one of the best hotels to stay near the north gate of JinPoHu.

MM318702****The hotel is brand new, and the rooms are very clean and unique. You can enjoy the outdoor scenery right from your bed. They offered complimentary frozen pears and persimmons upon check-in, and a free breakfast. The ground floor houses a cafe where you can order coffee and milk tea. The hotel also provides butler service. When entering Snow Village, a butler will pick you up and guide you, and they'll inform you of activity times in advance. Our butler, Xiao Wu, accompanied us throughout our stay, taking us to the best spots for photos in Snow Village, helping us take pictures, even refilling our hot water. They guided us in playing 'water splashing into ice,' letting us do it as many times as we wanted until we were thoroughly entertained. When we left, they dropped us off at the bus station and helped with our luggage the whole way. The service was excellent. Five-star rating for Butler Xiao Wu!

PProsecco womenA very good hotel for such a small Chinese city👍🏼The rooms are non-smoking, clean with daily cleaning, the mattress is comfortable, soaps and toiletries in large quantities with the aroma of green tea (very pleasant), breakfasts are quite varied and tasty, a beautiful reception and recreation area (this area is smoked). They checked us in before 2 pm (we arrived at about 10 am) without any extra charge or waiting.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the north gate of Jingbo Lake Scenic Area (5A), and you can reach the scenic area on foot. The hotel is considered to be one of the largest and best B&Bs nearby. The service staff are enthusiastic. The guy and uncle at the front desk are very considerate and help carry luggage to the room on the second floor. There is a restaurant downstairs. Northeastern cuisine and Jingbo Lake fish feast are clearly priced. Live fish taste good. There is its own parking space in front of the hotel, which is especially convenient for self-driving. The room does not include breakfast, but the owner's family is hospitable and will provide a unique and delicious simple breakfast.

LLiangshuangdexiatianI finally got to see what a ”reverse upgrade” means!
I booked a deluxe twin room, but the hotel offered to upgrade me to a triple room free of charge. I had some questions, but they kept giving me all sorts of excuses. After I debunked them, they admitted they were short on deluxe twins. I relented and agreed to the upgrade without further ado.
Only when I got to the room did I realize I'd been ripped off. The room wasn't as big as they'd claimed. The so-called triple room was just a twin room with one bed crammed into it. I'd paid for a deluxe twin room but ended up in a superior twin room. Even charging my phone was a problem. The linens were a bit worn, the internet was terrible, and there were only 11 channels, some of which were completely unavailable.
I was woken early in the morning by the sound of firecrackers. Later, I realized there were three wedding processions. I immediately understood why the hotel offered to upgrade me to a triple room. ”Did you get your red envelopes? Where's mine?”

NNaraxiaolvThis is probably the best value-for-money hotel in Xuexiang. The rooms are fully smart, with two floor-to-ceiling windows! Very clean. The hotel offers luggage pickup and drop-off, a water-to-ice splashing experience, and even provides local cotton-padded jackets in the rooms. Plastic sleds for kids to play with are also free. The toiletries in the room are complete, and the service is very attentive. I'd definitely stay here again next time. The only minor issue is that the WiFi is a bit slow.

AAnnaaaaaGHow should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located right in the center, very convenient: everything is close by. The linens are clean and crisp white, and towels are changed daily. The breakfast buffet is good, with plenty of everything and delicious. What I didn't like: smoking is allowed in the lobby, but there's no ventilation, so all the smoke goes into the rooms; the hotel's renovations are a bit tired.

The bedding is very comfortable, and crucially, there are plenty of charging areas, which is enough for two children. There's also ample hanging space for clothes. Opening the window in the morning, you're greeted by lush greenery.
It feels like the newest and cleanest hotel in the area.
Access to the canyon scenic area is very convenient. The owner drove us there in the evening, and the walk back was a short distance. There are also many dining options nearby, and the hotel also provides breakfast.
The owner was very welcoming and even offered a shuttle service to the scenic area, even though it's very close, only about a three-minute drive.

GGuest UserThis is a great travel accommodation 👍🏼 First of all, give us a free upgrade to the room. The service staff is very enthusiastic. The room is relatively large, the interior is clean and tidy, and the imported smart toilet 🚽 is complete with toiletries.

The dinner at the hotel is also very delicious, the lake fish is very fresh 🐟 clearly marked.
All in all, this is a recommended hotel.
