"I have mixed feelings of this hotel. Maybe my own fault but I thought this hotel was associated with the more famous Intercontinental hotel brand. I felt a bit disappointed when I realised it wasn’t.
The hotel was right at the foot of Mount Kailash which was the purpose of our trip however was disappointed as the hotel doesn’t have a great view of Kailash.
I want to give positive comments as the hotel had a lot going for it, such as full body massage chair in the room, smart voice controls for the room but we didn’t use any of these.
The cleanliness of the room was also lacking and the shower facilities was not as good as some other hotels we’ve experienced on our Tibet trip.
We had a second a second night booked at this hotel but we decided to cancel and go somewhere else. Sorry but I can’t recommend this hotel."
"It's super awesome, my friend. You can order food and have it delivered upstairs. The oxygen concentrator is super powerful. Trust me, you can sleep as soon as you close your eyes. You don't have to worry about altitude sickness and headaches. The floor heating is super warm. There is also a large parking lot. It is very close to the entrance of Tachin. The staff are super, super nice!!"
"The mountain ended successfully, and the most fortunate thing was to stay at this hotel! The location is super convenient, very close to the return route, the hotel staff can also arrange a car transfer to the hotel. It's really warm to return to the hotel! The environment is quiet and not noisy, the sanitation is in place, the facilities are complete, and the clothes can be washed, so as to ease the fatigue of high reaction and hiking. The price is super high, the service is not polite and very sincere, and the trip to the mountain is a perfect end."
"Hotel location is very good to find, the brightest light is her home, there are many parking spaces, the waiter can also help parking, the hotel's internal environment is clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable to sleep. Independent oxygen heating, oxygen heating effect is very good, can be adjusted independently. 24 hours hot water, small snacks in the room, the waiter also taught how to use oxygen equipment when checking in. The whole house is smart equipment, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the boss is Sichuanese, warm and hospitable, the recommended place to eat is not expensive and very authentic. The front desk service attitude is very good, about three in the morning to help send water, in the morning to help contact the shuttle bus to the airport, this trip saw the groundhog of the heart, will stay at her house next time, praise, must be praised! ! !"

"The environment was just okay, and there seemed to be a shortage of staff, but the service was still good. The two young staff members were very service-oriented, always ready to answer any questions from guests. However, during peak season, the hotel price was quite high and didn't really match the quality of the environment. Also, there was no breakfast provided, which I knew when booking. Breakfast options can be limited in high-altitude areas."
