"This guesthouse is excellent. It consists of two buildings, both conveniently located next to Shiping Wenyuan (Shiping Cultural Park), with easy and free parking. The guesthouse is small and comfortable with relatively new facilities. The 23rd-floor room offers direct views of the scenic area. The hotel has excellent soundproofing; it's quiet outside even with the windows open. There's an antique market downstairs every few days, but even during market days, it's still very quiet with the windows open—not even car horns. This is probably because Shiping itself is a relatively quiet ancient city. We originally planned to stay only one day, but decided to extend our stay after just two hours. We ended up staying for two more days. Chatting with the owner, we learned it was their first time running a guesthouse, and their dedication was evident from the moment we checked in. This was one of our best guesthouse experiences during our four-month trip, and we especially loved it. The owner was very kind and attentive. The guesthouse is fully equipped, with a kitchen with all the necessary condiments, a washer and dryer, and towels (not disposable). It was fantastic! We highly recommend it."
