"Recently, during summer vacation, I wanted to go to Zhaoqing with friends for a couple of days to visit Seven Star Crags and Dinghu Mountain. I found this guesthouse on Ctrip; it's very close to the scenic spots, and the photos uploaded by other guests looked pretty good. The price was also reasonable, so I decided to book one day to check it out. We arrived quite late, but the owner warmly welcomed us! She had already prepared our room keys, so we could just pack our bags and check in quickly. The room was very clean, without the dampness I had imagined typical of southern China. The toiletries were all provided, and the Wi-Fi password was easy to find (written on the table card, along with the owner's contact information). The house faces the street, and opening the balcony door reveals the illuminated scenic area across the street, creating a lovely atmosphere. It was very comfortable to enjoy the breeze on the balcony! The guesthouse's restaurant offers a buffet breakfast with options like steamed buns, sweet potatoes, corn, coffee, and milk, saving us time searching for breakfast in the morning. After returning from our day's activities, we decided to try the restaurant's main meal. The three of us ordered five dishes, which were generous in portion size and offered a wide variety of cuisines. The food was delicious, and the presentation was beautiful! (See the pictures for reference.) There's also a bar area near the entrance where you can make drinks (milk tea and juice). Overall, I'd give the restaurant full marks; it was very much to our liking! Since my friends and I thought it was a good place, we decided to extend our stay. During our stay, the owner would ask us where we wanted to go every day and give us the best itinerary. She was really nice! The room was cleaned daily and kept very spotless. The bathroom amenities were also promptly replenished; we didn't even need to ask, as everything was basically tidied up after our outings."

There are many cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby, and Star Lake is just outside. The entrance to Qixingyan is about a 15-minute walk, making it very convenient. The room was well-equipped, but, perhaps due to the B&B's age, there were some minor flaws, such as cracks on the wall of the bathroom door frame and the projector's focus issues. Overall, however, the stay was very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the small courtyard, with its beautiful lighting and clothes drying rack, making it a great place to stay for a few days. However, it was too hot right now, so I didn't sit outside. I hope to return for a weekend stay in the fall or winter when it's cooler. The breakfast was generous and tasty, and they even included free fruit. This B&B is a great value."

"This is my first serious comment since I signed up for Ctrip. The hotel is very diversified and clean. It is a B&B and very close to the surrounding attractions. You can check in directly without paying a deposit when booking a room on Ctrip. The store has 3 houses. We booked 2 rooms with a view of Qixingyan. Environment: Check in at the front desk. Which house is good-looking? There is a goldfish pond, a restaurant, a quarantine and a small bar. The one we live in is newly built. You have to walk to a very smelly alley with a few kitchen trash cans to go up the stairs. The stairs are like temporary cement stairs. They are very small, steep and narrow. It is a bit dangerous to bring children. The room has a large window that can see Qixingyan. This is the only advantage. Hygiene: There is no trash can in one room. I asked the store and it was the auntie who washed it but didn't put it in. We had to pack the garbage in bags ourselves. The auntie needs to be trained well in the later stage, and the details need to be done well. Facilities: The child was noisy watching TV, and found that the TV could not be seen. The store arranged a technician to repair and replace the TV. Later, it was found that the network was not good, so the telecom repair was found. It was said that it was repaired. When I came back at night, I found that there was still no network, but the store said that the telecom technician had gone off work, and there was nothing to do. Then I checked out the next day and did not get online. Check the room facilities every day, which will give tourists a bad experience. Service: The store’s service attitude is still very good. Customers will reply to questions as soon as possible, and they are also very friendly. During the conversation, I also found that the working aunt is still very service-oriented. Overall, I think Wangshanfang should improve the external environment in the later stage, because the price is not cheap, and the experience is not good, so I don’t want to go in. No matter how good the service spirit is, it can’t attract customers to consume again.
