"This hotel was unexpeted, great location easy to walk to Agdal and alot to do there. the hotel facilities sare nice and clean. the pool is so nice and the staff are very helpful. it was a bit expensive to stay in there but due to the brand and the location i think the pricewas fair. i highly recommend"

"Magnificent stay with my wife. Sara and Yasmina were wonderful in assisting us with all our requests. Lamia helped us with our departure and booked our hot air balloon ride in Marrakech. Excellent hotel, I recommend it 100%. Just a small tip: heat the pool during these cooler times so guests can better enjoy the sea view while swimming."

"Pros: Great location. Walking distance to attractions. Spacious apartment. Washing machine! Choice of pillows, softer or firmer. Luggage can be left for free. Cooking and dining utensils are provided. The refrigerator is huge. Light-blocking blinds are available. Water is available in a water dispenser on the ground floor. The air conditioners worked fine. There's even a clothes dryer. Cons: The front desk is unscheduled. We waited an hour to drop off our suitcases. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, check-out is at 11:00 AM. Check-out is at 2:00 PM in all hotels, and 12:00 PM is typical. I'd like to see them review this. There's no table cloth or dish sponge. The shower head leaks. The dishes need to be updated. One glass. One teaspoon. Any chips need to be removed. The stains on the sofa need to be cleaned, and other people's hair should be removed. A cotton rug should be placed on the floor. There are so many stains on the floor, even though we walked on them and my socks were clean. And the synthetic bedding is absolutely no good; if I'd known, I wouldn't have ordered it. I scratched myself all night. This is the most expensive room."

"Die Lage ist gut und praktisch, besonders wenn man mit dem Auto kommt – es gibt Parkplätze. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Leider war die Toilette klein (in der Ecke) und nicht besonders sauber. Insgesamt okay für eine kurze Übernachtung, aber es gibt Verbesserungspotenzial bei der Sauberkeit."

"While the hotel itself was nice, their failure to honor confirmed reservations was unacceptable. Due to overbooking, several of our group's pre-made bookings were shifted, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans. Confirmed reservations should mean exactly that — confirmed. Overbooking is a poor business practice that shows a lack of respect for guests who plan ahead. Management needs to address this issue before it damages their reputation further."
