While the hotel itself was nice, their failure to honor confirmed reservations was unacceptable. Due to overbooking, several of our group's pre-made bookings were shifted, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans. Confirmed reservations should mean exactly that — confirmed. Overbooking is a poor business practice that shows a lack of respect for guests who plan ahead. Management needs to address this issue before it damages their reputation further.

Attending a conference in Rabat, I serendipitously stumbled upon this accommodation right in the city center, which turned out to be the most fortunate discovery of my entire trip. The location is simply unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making taxis incredibly easy to hail. The surrounding area is bustling with cafes, supermarkets, and Chinese restaurants – there's even a hair salon! (A handsome Moroccan stylist named Tony offers a wash and blow-dry for just around 35 RMB. The hair wash is incredibly relaxing, complete with a massage, and the styling is top-notch. Honestly, what more could you ask for? I was tempted to go every single day!) Our hostess was exceptionally kind and an absolutely amazing cook. She even surprised me with a 'hidden' menu item: Mango Sago (Yang Zhi Gan Lu)! 🥹 It truly felt like a priceless, authentic experience that money simply can't buy, especially when you're far from home.

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, warm, and genuinely welcoming. A special thanks goes to Mr. Mustafa at the reception for his continuous support throughout our stay. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every moment made our experience seamless and memorable. He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. The architecture and interior design create a sense of calm, elegance, and cultural richness that enhances the overall experience. Overall the hotel is great , however , its in isolated location and you will need 20 to 30 mins drive to reach to any destination.

Hotel is clean, elegant and contemporary. Price to value are among the best in Agdal area compare to other 2 hotels nearby that I stayed. One thing I hope they have is egg segment in breakfast. Need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste too. Hairdryer in bathroom can be improve too.

Beautiful Ryad. Very well localised . Very friendly staff. Very attentive with my breakfast times even when I had to leave incredibly early , they made sure to go the extra mile and prepare a nice breakfast before my departure . If ever again in Rabat will surely book it again .

This hotel was unexpeted, great location easy to walk to Agdal and alot to do there. the hotel facilities sare nice and clean. the pool is so nice and the staff are very helpful. it was a bit expensive to stay in there but due to the brand and the location i think the pricewas fair. i highly recommend

These are good apartments. The room has a refrigerator, stove, kitchenware, and washing machine. You can cook your own food. Nearby is the Bim store. Large living space, modern interior. There was a small problem with hot water; it takes a long time to heat up using an autonomous heater. Sometimes the noise of the air conditioner and washing machine in the neighboring rooms was disturbing. The room I lived in is located on the 4th floor, and on the roof there is also either a laundry room or bed linen washing. The sound can be heard in the room - this is a minus. The hotel is located next to the Botanical Garden, where it is pleasant to relax during the day and evening.

This program was great to take.a.trip to Atlas mountains and an edge of Sahara desertt.in a short period. Even take to Fes as.an end point. Riding a camel was a.big and memorable fun. The one night hotel accommodation and its food was good. Spending one night at a camp was good. Whilst the tent was not an old style I had expected but a today's cheap one, it was acceptable. Only regret was the guide and driver had a weak voice cause fatigue.
