GGuest UserWhile the hotel itself was nice, their failure to honor confirmed reservations was unacceptable. Due to overbooking, several of our group's pre-made bookings were shifted, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans.
Confirmed reservations should mean exactly that — confirmed. Overbooking is a poor business practice that shows a lack of respect for guests who plan ahead. Management needs to address this issue before it damages their reputation further.

His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every moment made our experience seamless and memorable. He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for.
The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. GGuest UserThis hotel is in a great location, close to attractions and shopping centers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities and friendly and attentive service staff. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. The only drawback is that the room price is slightly higher. Overall, it is a great value for money hotel and worth recommending to others.

RRomeo LouHotel is clean, elegant and contemporary. Price to value are among the best in Agdal area compare to other 2 hotels nearby that I stayed. One thing I hope they have is egg segment in breakfast. Need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste too. Hairdryer in bathroom can be improve too.

MMehmet10My stay did not meet expectations for a hotel of this category. Basic amenities such as drinking water and some toiletries were missing, and the room was smaller than what was booked. Extra blankets were also not available despite the cold weather.
I hope management takes this feedback constructively and works on improving these essential details to provide a better guest experience in the future.

GGuest UserThese are good apartments. The room has a refrigerator, stove, kitchenware, and washing machine. You can cook your own food. Nearby is the Bim store. Large living space, modern interior. There was a small problem with hot water; it takes a long time to heat up using an autonomous heater. Sometimes the noise of the air conditioner and washing machine in the neighboring rooms was disturbing. The room I lived in is located on the 4th floor, and on the roof there is also either a laundry room or bed linen washing. The sound can be heard in the room - this is a minus. The hotel is located next to the Botanical Garden, where it is pleasant to relax during the day and evening.

BbjoeThis program was great to take.a.trip to Atlas mountains and an edge of Sahara desertt.in a short period. Even take to Fes as.an end point.
Riding a camel was a.big and memorable fun.
The one night hotel accommodation and its food was good. Spending one night at a camp was good. Whilst the tent was not an old style I had expected but a today's cheap one, it was acceptable. Only regret was the guide and driver had a weak voice cause fatigue.
