The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. That said, the hotel is geared more toward relaxation than entertainment. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, it's a great choice. "We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The view was beautiful, and we really appreciated having a small balcony where we could relax. The location also is very accessible, making it easy to get around the area. We also loved that the room came with a well-equipped kitchenette, including a complete set of utensils, an induction cooker, cooking pots and etc. The host was super nice, very warm, and extremely accommodating throughout our stay. Our trip was quite short, but we’d definitely love to come back and stay again next time 💛"

"It was such a pleasant surprise. The hotel was conveniently located at the heart of Baguio. It is also very near Camp John Hay which our family really loves. It is reactively new so it was very clean and so beautiful. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Everyone was so amazing. It was such delightful experience for our family, we enjoyed the hotel so much even the food at breakfast was so good. I would give this hotel an excellent rating as they also treated their guests with 5-star service. Kudos to everyone and we will surely be back. "The room was nice, we got 2 king beds for 4 people. The location was very convenient, it being near Camp John Hay, there’s a lot of restaurants to choose from. The scenery was very beautiful and tranquil despite it raining almost everyday. The only downside is that there was no aircon, only a big fan in the middle of the room. The wind outside was stronger. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight of our stay, with a great array of Filipino food, although some of the breads were stale."
