"Facilities: Standard four-star hotel facilities, felt better than Renaissance hotels in China. The hotel facilities aren't new, and the style is somewhat similar to Ritz-Carlton in China, but they are well-maintained. The rooms are also very spacious. We stayed on the top floor, and the view was great.
Cleanliness: The room was very clean.
Environment: The hotel's location is excellent, right by the state government offices, and next to a large shopping mall. The mall's parking garage charges $20 for an overnight stay, which is acceptable, and it's clean and safe. It's convenient to eat here. The Cheese Factory on the first floor of the mall is open until past 10 PM, so late arrivals don't have to worry about not finding food. If you don't have breakfast included, you can also grab breakfast at the bakery on the first floor of the mall; there's a good variety of choices and it's not expensive.
Service: The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and I didn't experience any discrimination."
