This is possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in!!! The staff and cottages were amazing!!! Let's start with the (only small) negatives... the cottages are a little remote from Knysna centre so you are reliant on using Uber. There is a wonderful on-site pub, but it stops serving food quite early. Plus it is hard to get cars back after 10pm at night. Therefore, some people may be better off staying more centrally. HOWEVER, nowhere else will match the beauty and tranquility of these cottages! The perfect place to relax! Stock up from a supermarket and build a new home!

The hotel's parking lot is in a relatively hidden location, and there are security and automatic electric locks. If you are traveling by car, it is considered to be a considerable safety guarantee. Hair dryers can also be borrowed from the front desk for free. The only pity is that the hotel's wifi has no signal for a long time, and it is basically not available.

Not a bad little guesthouse. No airconditioner in the rooms though. So plan your trip for spring or autumn to be more comfortable. Very friendly staff and eager to give advise on good locations to visit.
