Super beautiful, the view from the beach villa is a dream and is definitely worth the extra cost. Nice and shady on the terrace. In the mornings it is also shady on the private beach and the pool as well. A dream for families. Everything is spread out wonderfully so you never have the feeling that it is too crowded. Pool towels are available right by the pool. The staff were very nice and friendly and the food was delicious. For breakfast there was toast, bread, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, yoghurt, muesli, cornflakes, fresh fruit, juices, coffee, a small warm buffet with sausages, beans and a daily changing warm dish such as rice with vegetables, curry, pasta with vegetables. However, there was no classic cold cuts such as sausage or cheese, but ”only” jam, Nutella, artificial cheese cream. For us it was perfectly adequate. However, if you stay longer than a week it could get a bit boring.

The resort is right on the edge of the beach. The beach is very long, but the waves are so big that it is not suitable for swimming. Go out and there are many restaurants and horse chickens on the right hand side. Living here is very quiet and casual. If you are going to Lanta by boat, remember to call the hotel and you can pick it up at the pier, otherwise the taxi distance by yourself is quite far, and it will take about 20 minutes to get to the hotel. The facilities in the room are okay, but the air conditioning is not strong enough, and the water is salty, which is probably the case on Koh Lanta. In addition, the washbasin is really high. My height at 180 is almost the same. The little girls probably moved on the bench.

Good little road-side hotel with a short walk to the beach. Great service. Friendly & helpful staff. Very clean room. Great service. Stayed for only 1 night. Hotel is located approximately in the middle of the island (north to south); rent a motorbike from the hotel and go explore Koh Lanta.

This place has stolen our hearts, lovely apartment rooms, all with pool with.
This is a family run home hotel and they’re the friendless, most sweetest people we’ve ever met. We extended our original 3 night stay, another 3 nights purely because of them.
Everywhere in Koh Lanta you really need a mo-ped to get about but it’s literally one straight road from top to bottom of the island, so I can’t fault the location when there’s a gym / Muay Thai gym 1 minute away, beach & 7-Eleven plus many restaurants within 10 minutes on feet.
10/10 stay, I couldn’t recommend enough.

The standard garden room is located on the other side of the road and is relatively quiet, close to the restaurant's seaside. Hotel location is good, the restaurant is right by the beach. There is a parking lot, there is a motorcycle rental car shop, bargaining 200 baht a day, very good. The room is OK, there is a refrigerator, a hairdryer. Do not hang the sign, do not go into the room to clean, the daily mine water is placed at the door. However, the price of the hotel fluctuated greatly. We booked more than 200 days of the garden standard one week in advance, and the best sea view room behind it was more than 100. The difference was too great. I personally think that the beach on the side of kong nin is cleaner than the south, larger and suitable for children. The beach in the south is full of rubbish stones.

Everything is perfect 🤩. From the first day we realized how we got lucky to book this hotel. They have amazing stuff, nice environment and delicious food. Rooms are very clean and cosy . If you want to organize trips to some island just ask in front of desk , they have so many nice options and the prices are cheaper than some other places. In the restaurant they don't have alcohol but for me it was ok . Close to hotel there are many nice restaurants and bars , if you are looking some fancy places ❤️. I already missed this place and all the people who are working there. Definitely gonna visit one more time 🤗.

Talk about the excellent hospitality this is the place that ticks all the boxes. You’ve got excess to everything in the same spot, delicious food, great drinks and awesome view. GGuest UserThe room amazed me the second the manager, Wind, who is the younger brother of the proprietor, Mr. Sunny, opened its door to me. With a refreshing Thai scent spreading from within, the room whose original two single beds had been combined into a big one for a solo traveler under my presumptuous request totally captivated me. It had a nice patio where I could put my feet up after a hot day out to the beach in the broiling sun. Wind also recommended me to go to what he considered as a must try restaurant and bar. He got me a scooter to which I only had to pay half overdue price on the last day because I forgot the time and couldn’t make it from the farthest beach, Bamboo Beach, on the island. His assistant, Shu, was shy and nice. One day I mistakenly bought two eggs that were light boiled, if not raw. She, without a second thought, helped me save my breakfast protein source. The proprietress, Ms. Ning, got me some pizza and bread she and her husband seemingly practiced making in the bistro kitchen next door. I would definitely book a room with breakfast next time if they planned to reopen after the Covid outbreak. In short, the hotel, just like its name, truly made feel at home; the owner and the staff, including the cat, Member, were terribly good and generous people. I will be terribly missing them. Of course I will go back to Koh Lanta in the future, and of course,Lanta at Home will be my one and only choice.

The whole complex and setup of the resort was great, nice pool, nice beach front, nice restaurant, nice massage spa with reasonable prices and high quality service.
Watching sunset from the beach front was such a relaxing experience.
Again, pool was clean and well maintained, little path through the complex was enjoyable to walk, the trip agent near reception was helpful in every way, getting a scooter from them and return was seamless.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel on the beach. The rooms, service and breakfast were pleasing. There are free kayaks, you can swim to the neighboring beaches. The hotel itself is located away from busy areas and shops. Therefore, you need to either take a bike, you can at the hotel, or buy everything you need in advance. Tuk-tuk does not go to this hotel, there are no taxis on the island. To get from the hotel to the north of the island you will need a hotel transfer. I liked the hotel, for a vacation for several days, in silence and almost no people on the beach.

JJanUpon arrival at Lanta Triple Novel, we were warmly greeted by the owner, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made us feel at home, assisting us with everything we needed.
We stayed in the bungalows, which were spacious and well-equipped. There was a clothes drying rack inside and another on the porch—this was the first hotel where we had ample space to dry our clothes. The porch was furnished with plastic chairs and a table, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The bungalow featured a small kitchenette accessible from the porch through a side door, which is convenient if you're planning a longer stay.
Inside, there was a small plastic wardrobe for storing clothes and a mini-fridge. The only thing missing was a table and two chairs inside the room, which would have added to the comfort. The air conditioning was strong and kept the room cool. The location was very quiet, allowing us to rest peacefully. The only minor inconvenience was during heavy rain when the metal roof became quite loud.
We rented a scooter from the owner at a decent price, making it easy to explore the island. Although there's a restaurant as part of the hotel, we didn't have the time to dine there. Originally, we planned to stay for three days but ended up extending our stay to four because we enjoyed it so much.
The location is perfect—it's close to the beach, and there's a 7-Eleven just around the corner where you can get everything you need for your stay. It's a 4-minute drive to Saladan Pier, so you'll have an easy time catching ferries or speedboats for further travel.
Overall, our experience at Lanta Triple Novel was excellent. The friendly owner, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made our stay memorable.

SSteveyyyp_43We had a fantastic stay at Long Beach Chalet! Our lagoon pavilion room was beautiful and the perfect place to relax. For my girlfriend's birthday, the staff surprised us with a card and decorations in the room, which made her entire day!
The resort itself offered a lot. We enjoyed watching the fire dance show on Saturday night, and it was amazing to see hermit crabs scuttling along the beach at sunset. The pool was a great place to chill out and soak up the sun.
We also enjoyed renting moterbikes to see what lanta had to offer, as well as visiting the amazing Lanta Animal Welfare charity during our stay.
The breakfast buffet was incredible! There was a huge variety of options, including cereals, juices, fruits, breads, and hot meals. Everything was fresh and delicious. However, a word of caution for vegans like myself, or anyone with allergies: the soy milk they offer contains dairy.
Please can I requested that the management label ingredients more clearly and offer a non-dairy milk option, as there currently aren't any plant-based milks available. Also the vegan tofu burger should not automatically come with cheese or an egg based mayo. This is not vegan and can cause some confusion.
Despite this minor point, we absolutely loved our stay at Long Beach Chalet. The value was fantastic, and the staff were exceptional. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway!

GGuest UserRecommend a stay at Chumview Water Park Resort. Especially great for families with young children. The water park is an afternoon killer with entertainment for the kids. Great service. Nice clean rooms. Standard breakfast. Rent a bike direct from the resort, as there is not too much around and you might want to sight-see or eat something off of the resort. Highly recommend for a 3-4 day short family stop-over while island hopping.

- located close to the Saladan Pier where the boats dock, and just next door to the night market that offers food and shopping
- welcoming and helpful staff (the hotel has no elevator, but the receptionist offered himself to carry my bag to the second floor
- free use of washing machine on the rooftop, all you need is buy a detergent in the supermarket nearby (5 baht)
- small kitchen if you would wish to prepare some food of your own
- vivid lobby brightened up by graffiti, with free water and a small library
- rooftop terrace with a hammock, with sadly not spectacular view (the roof of the market is quite unappealing - some graffiti artist should cover that too ;))
What could be improved?
- big bed is actually two twin beds connected together. Also, they are wrapped in that plastic which you can feel under the sheets :(
- I felt the cleanliness of the room could be on a higher level, especially floors and bathroom
- no handsoap in the bathroom (I used the shower gel, but even that one was fixed for the wall, so it doesnt get stolen, I guess?)
- just two big towels per room (no small towels, or a floor towel)
- even when at maximum, water temperature never gets hot or truly warm
- the hotel looks a bit run down, and could use some facelifting. There are holes in the floor of the common area, the bathroom seems unfinished, with exposed walls and some ventilation openings plugged with - plastic bags?
- i think key deposit of 500 baht is such an unneeded nuisance in these modern times - cant they just charge you if you lose it?

GGuest UserWe had such a good stay at the hotel before that we came back again this time when we were visiting Koh Lanta for diving. We can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't include this option.
- Staff are very nice and friendly.
- Really listen to feedback - last time I had suggested water dispensers to save on plastic, when we returned for this trip (only 2 weeks later) there was now one on each floor! This was amazing to see and I'm so glad the hotel is taking steps to be more eco friendly, so thank you!
- The room was much bigger than it looks, and has a large desk with a chair.
- Strong, reliable WiFi.
- Very clean.
- On our previous trip, we were able to check in early at no extra cost which we really appreciated :)
- Room includes a fridge.
- Very close to a 7-eleven and a few restaurants, although we didn't go to that particular stretch of beach it is also close to a beach, located in a more quiet area in the centre of the island making it easy to visit the north and south (but, the location does require you to have a motorbike to get around!).
- Good, strong air con.
- Value for money is very good.
The only negative during our stay was that at one point my boyfriend's shoes were nowhere to be found in the lobby, (as per Thai culture, you must leave them outside before entering the guest house), and it turned out another guest / neighbour had 'borrowed' them. Luckily they had only gone to the shop and so we weren't without the shoes for long, but it still wasn't ideal... Not the fault of the owner, but perhaps a sign requesting people to not do this? Overall though, we had a great stay and would definitely come back if we visit Koh Lanta again!
