Novotel Hotels in Koh Si Chang

This is a new hotel, so it is clean, and the ocean is right in front of you, so the views from the lobby, restaurant, and rooms are all amazing! The view overlooking the ocean from the pool is particularly impressive 💥🏝️ It's very photogenic, so be sure to take advantage of it when you stay. (I stayed on a busy Saturday at the end of the year, but the pool wasn't that crowded.) You can also fish on the pier on the premises 🎣 The breakfast buffet doesn't have a wide variety of options, but they have Thai and Western food, so even if you don't like Thai food, it's no problem! There was also a chef who would cook on the spot. The rooms are clean, and the view from the rooms is great. They only have twin beds, and no king beds, but if you request in advance, they will put two single beds together. It was my partner's birthday, so if you request it in advance, they will prepare a small cake for you. If I had to list some disadvantages, they would be as follows. 1) Location It is far from the pier, so you will need to rent a motorbike or use the free hotel shuttle (reservation required in advance). It gets dark on the way back at night, so be careful. 2) Crowding at check-out As I read in other people's reviews, when I checked out around 11:30, it was a little crowded because it overlapped with people who were using the shuttle service to check in. *If you have to return your bike or return the boat, it may be better to check out with a little extra time. (In Thailand, after checking out, the cleaning staff often checks if there are any problems with the room, so you have to wait a little after returning the key.) However, the staff's response was very good, so I was very satisfied! 3) Room design There is no door partition at the sink, so there is no partition to change clothes before entering the shower room, so it may be a little awkward if you are using it with friends? 😳 I think this hotel is recommended for couples who value the view and want to spend a relaxing time!
