The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are large and clean, we enjoyed the bar with a jazz singer, the food was delicious. I love the jacuzzi bubblebath and the amenities is awesome all rooms has verandas you can see the beautiful view of kobe tower & port .The only thing I didn't like was the receptionist at the front desk, not friendly, the treatment was not welcoming, you didn't see a smile when greeting.

So after I communicated with trip.com, they quickly helped me solve it and refunded me the price of two breakfasts... But overall, it is a very good hotel~

The night view is superb. The service is meticulous, and breakfast is delivered to the room. It is a small boutique hotel of Small Luxury Hotels. There are seven kinds of bread for breakfast, and the food bags are thoughtfully provided, so you don't have to throw away if you can't finish it.

The scenery of the hotel is amazing, and it deserves to be the top 100 most beautiful hotels in Asia in 2024. The details of the room are very attentive, with tea sets from Japan's 6 famous kilns, Rokko Mountain bottle mineral water, various towels, toiletries, bath salts, gloves, socks, etc. The children loved soaking in the round bathtub facing the Kobe Lighthouse at night. The next day, breakfast was delivered to the room, and the delivery staff also went to get children's tableware. When the front desk left, they called a taxi for me, sent my luggage to the car, and bowed goodbye. The service was warm and sincere. I will definitely come again.

If you go to 01 to see the Ferris wheel 🎡, you can't see the Kobe Tower.
