the location is convenient near the station & convenience stores..i like the room because they have extra space for the baggage..breakfast buffet was good。 we visited spring season, aircon/heater is centralize 、guest cannot adjust the temperature inside the room

Within 5 minutes walk from Kochi Train Station to the hotel. Not much eateries in the immediate 5 minutes radius but if you take a 10 minutes walk down or 5 minutes tram ride, you can find an entire street of local shopping and eateries. Do visit the Hirome Market and Kochi Castle which is nearby too! Hotel receptionist do not speak much English but they are super hospitable and easy to communicate via English with them using an amazing translation device they have! Had to do luggage delivery service and they were super helpful! Would definitely stay in this hotel the next time we visit Kochi!

The location is excellent, just across the crosswalk from the station plaza at the south exit of Kochi Station. Dinner options are scattered around Kochi Station, near Harimaya Bridge, about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast venue overlooks the station plaza. Breakfast time was also convenient, as we used the circular bus to Katsurahama Beach and made it in time for the first bus. The bus to the airport also leaves from the north exit of the station, making it close and convenient.

It's in front of the station so you can find anything you need. There's also a microwave and ice maker, which was very helpful. It's also great that there's a supermarket and convenience store nearby.

The location is very convenient. The only exception is that you need to book a time in advance for breakfast and the breakfast is only 45 minutes away. It’s very rushed! The 3-person room is very spacious and the sofa chair is first-class!

It is convenient because it is easy to reach in front of the station, and there is a supermarket and a convenience store nearby. The room is large and the price is very reasonable, so it is a bargain.

Good hotel with cospa! Close to the city center!

酒店乾淨衞生，房間在此級別算大的了。前台服務熱情，有一個女服務員非常努力的用中文單詞溝通，非常謝謝！位置就在車站廣場，JR站和高速巴士站幾步之遙。設施稍舊一點，但不影響使用。早餐稍簡單了一些，很滿意的一次住宿。

酒店地理位置很好，在JR站對面，有收費停車場，單旁邊的停車場比較便宜，也不用坐𨋢上樓（酒店的停車場要坐𨋢上樓） 其他應該沒有什麼設施 食物因為沒有買早餐服務，旁邊也有很多便利店選擇，晚上步行到其他食肆大概10分鐘左右

The hotel doesn't have a website that is easy to find in English so we went through a travel agency to make reservations. Weren't sure what we would get. Our point of comparison are Japanese business hotels which we presumed this was. However, while costing a bit more, the rooms were large with a separate shower area from the sink. Great view of station. Choice of no daily cleaning but fresh towels delivered daily. Breakfast has 45 min seating times. Nice Japanese breakfast selection. We stayed 3 days and there was a slight variation each day. While location is most convenient to the station and surroundings, the main tourist areas, e.g. Sunday market, are about a 15 min easy walk. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The staff in this small hotel are pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean and quiet but the breakfast was disappointing with little choice for western guests. The J R station is a one minute walk away

I chose it because of the location. The room was larger than I expected, and the bed was firm enough for me. Is the bathroom a normal size? When I checked out, my main goal was to get to the airport early in the morning, but I was surprised by the wide selection of breakfast options. The inside of the hotel was very clean and the coin laundry was easy to use. I will stay here next time I come to Kochi.
