booked the hotel since this is one of the hotels near the venue of the congress that i attended. its relatively a short distance from the bacolod SMX Center. The amenities were basic, includes toileties. the room is air conditioned, and clean. the booking came with a buffet breakfast, simple filipino breakfast options but good enough for the price. value for money indeed

Clean, Classy and accessible. I liked that it had complete amenities and even came with free breakfast. The breakfast wasn’t fancy just basic meals like egg and bread but it was still good and I appreciated that it was free. I also really appreciated the staff; they were easy to talk to and very hospitable. Overall, it was a great experience

The location is really great. Breakfast is satisfying with unlimited coffee of course which I really like. The staff are accommodating and pleasant to talked with. Room is so good. I will definitely recommend this one to other solo traveller. Kudos The Suites of Calle Nueva 🫶

Expectations against reality. pics deceives the eyes. hotel is a bit small from what we expected

The place is within the heart of the city. Accessible to transfortations,, shopping malls and Restaurant with spacious room for two. Staffs were very nice and helpful..Well definitely come back to stay on our future travel plan🤔😍❤️🙏🙏🙏

We booked for a 2 nights stay it included the breakfast for 2. It Wi-Fi was fast and the rooms were clean as well as the rest rooms. The bed was a 5 star hotel standard.

This place is nice but a little far or maybe I am not use to places like far from street, but I like the neighbors canteen the food was superb, and this place also offer unlimited.breakfast.

The staff was welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile. As for breakfast it exceeded my expectation😊😊

Location: *okay. *Close to everything Room: okay too *case I had 2 cockroaches flying around in the room. *Aircon needs to be cleaned. Hot! I also tried asking if we could move since it was hot. And they allowed us the following day. Maybe that's why they agreed because their flash in the comfort room was broken. Staff: Friendly, always at smile and helpful.

Overall, I did not have a good impression. The building is old, the air conditioning switches are broken, there is no elevator, so this hotel is not suitable for elderly people.
