Swissôtel Resort Changbaishan Reviews

I took my children to the nature trip of Changbai Mountain and chose the Swissotel Changbai Mountain. The location is good, the surrounding natural environment is good, and the scenery is very beautiful [rose]. The room is clean and very comfortable to live in. The most worth mentioning is the hotel's meticulous service. Xiaohan, the butler of the concierge department, added my WeChat one day in advance to inquire about the arrival time, room requirements, etc. If I have any questions, I will send him a WeChat reply in time [strong]. I feel at home. There is also Jin Hui at the hotel front desk. The service is also super good, and the breakfast is also very delicious. I look forward to breakfast every day. 房間裝修比較老舊，衞生情況一般，服務人員態度還不錯。早餐沒什麼可吃的，三明治菜葉都是蔫的，放了好幾天了。總之體驗不如此次出行住的其他酒店。

酒店環境很好，淡季景色很漂亮，但是玩的東西少了一些，但是有小鹿可以喂，有長白山可以看，還趕上美美的泡池可以玩，很出片，前台郭英蘭服務很好很熱情，禮賓丁志鵬也幫我拿行李開回接送很熱情❤️，以後還會來滑雪⛷️！強推

在瑞士酒店住的很開心，禮賓部李耀凱提前加了微信問了我們的需求，温泉關閉了主動提出讓我們去美景閣無邊泡池，遺留的褲子找了一上午為我們送到了酒店，景色很好還能看到長白山，前台劉楊於瑩積極的為我們辦理入住，有機會再來體驗吧～

I had a very happy stay at Swissotel. Li Yaokai from the concierge department added us on WeChat in advance to ask about our needs and arranged a room on a high floor with a good view. Liu Yang and Yu Ying from the front desk were very enthusiastic in checking us in. I felt the hospitality of the Northeast. Although it was the off-season, I had a very happy stay. 酒店服務人員很熱情，還送了小禮物。這個季節很安靜，沒有太多娛樂活動，但是很適合喜歡安靜的慢跑散步！前台郭英蘭姐姐服務很好很熱情！下次還會來

各個方面都很滿意，就是去的時間晚了，很多東西沒有開，略有遺憾，下次早一點還會選擇這裏。三位服務人員和前台人員態度非常好，林菁/王碩/金惠。禮賓的高揚先生也非常熱情，從停車場開始幫拿東西。很好的入住體驗。

魯能瑞士的前台（金慧 林菁）和旅行客服（高揚 王碩）很棒～我這次是定了兩晚皇冠和一晚魯能瑞士，服務上有很直觀的對比，瑞士酒店會提前打電話，確認房間的一些要求準備，而且包括雪場等權益也給到貼心的提醒～ 微信回覆也會非常及時積極！這裏的皇冠不僅沒有還非常的高冷… 總體感覺不錯，有接送機很方便，辦理入住非常絲滑，套房很大，景色不錯，酒店外觀很瑞士～ 優勢：離機場近，離長白山西坡近，另外如果可以選擇套餐送滑雪很划算！山地滑雪場就在對面 走路過去五分鐘 南方小朋友玩的超開心的！！！ 不足： 硬件細節上還是差點五星的感覺，而且可能是淡季了酒店的早餐不太走心，選擇少還很難吃…加上淡季周圍非常荒涼，吃飯衹能在酒店解決～

This is the worst hotel service I have ever encountered. I had a stomachache in the middle of the night. I stayed up until 6 o'clock and called the hotel to order some medicine, but no one was on duty. My husband went down and looked around, but no one was there. He didn't go to breakfast in the morning and ordered coffee and bread. He said there was no bread and asked me if I wanted dessert. I asked what desserts were available? She told me not yet. Is it funny? I wanted to take the shuttle bus to the ski resort at noon, but was told that the master had gone to eat, so I could either wait or go by myself. The whole hotel had the air of finishing things early and closing early.

很舒適；攜程318 買的套餐，包含很多服務，可惜時間不夠，沒能一一體驗。周邊的餐廳都沒開，還好附近能叫**的商家也不少。下次有機會再來體驗一下吧。

It was my first time to come to Northeast China, my first time to Luneng Resort, my first time to stay at Swissotel, and the overall experience was great! The package we purchased included a twin room with skiing privileges and upgraded us to a suite. The room was very clean and the service was very good and polite. They basically responded to all requests and it was also very close to the ski resort. There isn't much for breakfast, but it's enough. The coffee is particularly good. There were not many people skiing in the last ski season from March 6 to March 9. We had a lot of fun skiing and there was a heavy snowfall. There is also a 20% discount on meals at the hotel. Very cost-effective and will come again next year
