The hotel is very close to the train station, about a 15-minute walk. It's an older four-star hotel, so the facilities are a bit dated, but they are very well maintained. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choices. It's also conveniently located near attractions, just a 20-minute walk away.

We spent 3 nights at the hotel. It was a little out of the centre - taking 20 mins walk to get there. It was about 15 mins to the train station. If you want to go to Venice for a day, you need to buy the tickets from the machines right inside at the centre of  the station because they’re a lot cheaper than the ones sold in the first machines inside the front doors. Our  room was at the front of the hotel with a background white noise of the fast flowing river (September) which we liked the sound of. It was a bit noisy with traffic during the day. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel which was full of faded grandeur - some parts were a little worn but it all added to the character. Our bathroom was fabulously large, with marble floors, walls and countertops. The mirrors in there were massive, though the bedroom itself was rather dark. The grout had seen better days and the outside windows in the bedroom didn’t open/were broken. Aircon had been updated with a touch screen. The bar area was grand and the service excellent for 2 out of 3 nights. We ate in the restaurant for 2 nights and were very happy with the food. Likewise with the bar food on the third night. Breakfast was downstairs in another restaurant, rather grand and I’d judge it as adequate but not of the highest quality - could definitely be improved in some areas. The bed was extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows and the bed linen was immaculate and luxurious. If I wanted to revisit Verona, which is a beautiful city and full of lovely eateries, I’d consider staying at this hotel again. 

The room was spacious enough for a business trip. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. Everyone was very satisfied. It's not far from the city center, and the breakfast and front desk staff were all good. Very good.

In my room, the sink only had cold water, while the shower only had scalding hot water. The shower water was so hot it made me yelp. It was 1 AM, and I didn't want the hassle of changing rooms, so I endured the increasingly hot water, which felt like 70 degrees Celsius. I had to pause three times during my shower to wait for the water to cool down slightly. My one-night stay cost over 600 CNY, and for that price, such a terrible shower experience is unacceptable. Other facilities were satisfactory. There was central air conditioning and disposable slippers. The minibar was chargeable. Another inconvenient aspect was that breakfast ended at 10:30 AM. Not only were the food items cleared, but guests who hadn't finished eating were also asked to leave. In other places I've stayed, they only clear the food, not rush out dining guests. Of course, this is the hotel's rule, and the staff's individual service attitude was very good. The breakfast selection was rich.

This hotel is conveniently located near the train station, and just a short 20 minute walk to the colosseum. Breakfast had good options and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Would recommend if you are willing to have a walk into the centre.

The hotel was Okay, but the furniture and design are super old which needs renovation. The location to walk from the train station is not as near as expected.

This hotel offers good value for money for guests visiting Verona. It's conveniently located, about an 8-minute walk straight after turning right from the train station exit, then another 7 minutes straight after turning right again (totaling around 15 minutes). You can reach the old town arena in about 25 minutes on foot, so most interesting places are within walking distance. The staff are friendly; I found the room a bit cool at night, and housekeeping promptly brought an extra blanket when I called. Breakfast is Italian style, with a good variety and tasty options. The hotel's decor retains its 1970s charm and is well-maintained. While some room facilities are a bit dated, particularly the electrical switches, you can see what was considered state-of-the-art in the '70s. My only regret is that the shower is over a narrow and steep bathtub. I was concerned about slipping, especially for older guests, and there were no grab bars on the wall, so I largely avoided using it.

Nice hotel kept the vintage vibe, 10 minutes from Porta Nuova station and 30 minutes from the historical center.

Hygiene: Clean and tidy, very hygienic. Environment: The surrounding environment is quite good. Service: The service was very attentive and excellent. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of breads and various yogurts to choose from.

Cleanliness: Spotless. Facilities: Well-equipped, with a large 1.8m bed. A complimentary bottle of water is provided upon check-in. Service: Warm and welcoming service, with a rich and delicious breakfast. Convenient transportation, close to Xinmen Railway Station, making it easy to get around.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time! The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and handled both check-in and check-out efficiently. I even left my card wallet at the front desk and forgot about it, but they kindly kept it safe and returned it to me when I checked out the next day. Any requests I had were promptly addressed. The hotel's location is also very convenient, making travel a breeze. The breakfast selection was rich and tasted good. Overall, it's great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area, and I'd recommend it to my friends too.

Always my first choice when coming to visit Verona. Close to train station and every staff is really friendly and always ready to help you.

It's a bit far from the arena, about a 20-minute walk. The bus service is infrequent, and you have to go to the train station to catch one, which is another 15-minute walk. It's quite inconvenient.
