Frequent shuttle bus service, convenient for short layover in SFO airport

I got stolen there man, and the general manager never replied my email, they care nothing of their consumers man.

I the room smelled like mildew.  There was some sort of fire alarm and evacuation.  The lighting in the dining room is terrible. They have removed ice machines and there is no information where to find them. The restaurant does not answer the phone for room service. I  am a frequent guest of this property and Hilton gold member..  It has gone down hill. I have been getting $30 food credit. I booked two rooms for myself and work colleague. An African American woman at the front desk was so rude to me,apparently Hilton does not honor my food/bev credit if I book through 3rd party.  I have decided not to return.  The hotel is inconsistent at best.   Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

We like staying here because it is a good halfway point between sf and San Jose. Would stay here again and have stay here multiple times before

If you plan to book the hotel for its shuttle, I recommend just book an Uber to the city. Sometimes their shuttle skipped and I could not stand the attitude of the chauffeur. The toilet in my room was not working so I had to fix it by hand.

Facility is in great location and awesome view. There's a $35 parking fee if you have car unlike to the other hotel that I've been to parking is free for hotel guess. It's kind of difficult and takes a while to take shower due to the water pressure in room was low. The breakfast buffet in this hotel if you pay in advance with your booking, the made to order eggs in the menu is NOT included. As per the server the made to order eggs are only included if you pay the full amount price of the breakfast buffet. Overall we had great time staying at this hotel.

Good, next to the airport with free shuttle and very easy for transportation. Very clean as well. Took an Uber everyday for food and coffee, only 2km is Burlingame which has tons of great food and coffee. Would recommend.

Convenient, easy access to and from SFO airport with hotel's free shuttle bus.

The location was great. Cheaper than other Hilton. But when I was staying here, their disposable slippers ran out…

We spent only one night at Doubletree Hilton hotel because we were laying over from our flight. It was a short 10 minute ride from the hotel to the airport and the hotel provides free, shuttle bus service. However, do take note that the driver will ask you for tip. I have checked with the hotels staff, and they mentioned that it is not necessary to pay the Driver. But if you like to be generous towards the driver, you may tip the Driver. I have chosen this hotel because I have read about other hotels and & airbnb whereby the location is either too far away from the airport, or those locations have some “different types of characters” loitering around those areas. This hotel is located at a very quiet place, and it faces the beautiful view of the sea. The price of the hotel room is on the high side, but if you can get a voucher, it would save you a bit
