The Hispanic lady at check in & out counter was most charming & helpful to me as I suddenly had to book here due to bad weather after traveling 32 hours from Thailand. Thanx a million !!!

It was all a good place to stay, the staff were warm, the food was great and the facilities were in good shape, the only thing that I wanted to use that was not working was scale to check the weight of my luggage

The hotel is located 10 mins drive from the airport. There are bus shuttles that run 24/7 which makes it very convenient is you are arriving or departing on late night/early morning flights. The room is a good size and although it is slightly dated, it is clean and well maintained.

It was a good option for a layover. Had everything that I needed and was clean. One of my go-to options for layovers in SFO.

Frequent shuttle bus service between SFO and the hotel was very useful. Freshly baked chocolate chip cookies that the receptionist gave us when we checked in were delicious!!

Charged me $40 per night for parking. Charged me for internet access. Sorry, get outta here.

Hotel is quite dated. But otherwise it is an okay hotel to stay for a night or two. Super near the airport we took the shuttle! Was fairly regular

Very quick check in and check out, location very closed to airport and have shuttle bus every 15 minutes or 30minutes, very friendly staffs and driver.

For the price I paid (not sure if prices are always at this level), this was a really good deal. Perhaps the remodelling drove prices down temporarily. The gym was a highlight. The rooms are not super spacious, but definitely big enough.

Nice hotel by the bay - convenient airport shuttle every 15 min ($5 x2 for round trip) paid online. efficient check in and check out, nice room but need to do better on maintenance - shower faucet is dripping and cannot shut off, the worktable chair is well worn out...never the less, it is a good place to spend a night for a refreshed morning flight....The 24hrs Leann restaurant across the street is good too!!

Shuttle service available to go airport. Room is alright, quite old. Needs refurbished. Good enough fr overnight stay for connecting flights.
