La Renta Hotel & Spa is the best, Locations is perfect, All the staff were realy nice and very helpful. I arrived from Sapa early morning, Lucy hurrily asked to the staff to prepare the room for me.. at that time was 8.00 Am.. They also helped me to book all the activity with very good price 👍Thankyou very much Lucy, Huang and Michael. I will comeback to Hanoi and stay with them .. 100% recommended..

First time visited Vietnam . Learn a lot of cultures . Very interesting

The location is perfect it is within the old quarter, the amenities is good though the room space is a little bit small. The room service is good and the staff are approachable

This is a highly recommended hotel. If I go again, I will stay here. It is near places to eat, not too far to walk. The reception staff are quite good, give good information, speak English, and recommend tours without charging too much. As for breakfast, it is okay, not much, and both children and adults can eat.

I really liked the hotel staff: they organized a transfer to the airport, an excursion to Halong Bay at a good price. Simple but good breakfast. The room was large, bed linen and towels were clean, of course the quality of the room corresponds to the price. The hotel is located in the very center of the tourist area, there is absolutely everything within walking distance: cafes, ATM, massage, shops, etc.

The location is very good because it is near Hoan Kiem Lake in the old town. The cleanliness was just so-so, and the room was smaller than I thought, but I was satisfied because I didn't care about the size of the room. However, the noise is serious because the building next door is under construction. It also helps people who move around from lunch to be diligent from the morning.

Location near the center, many restaurants, convenience stores, new rooms, very friendly staff.♥️ If I have the opportunity, I will come back next time.
