"The location of the restaurant is good, the counter service is friendly, and many authentic delicacies are nearby. If you don’t want to try local food, you can go to the sixth floor of the Vincom Ba Trieu shopping mall in front. It's a supermarket! The only disadvantage of the hotel is that the breakfast is relatively simple and the hotel is small in size, and some rooms have basically no windows!"

"Because there are no twin rooms on Ctrip, I can only book a double bed room. After arriving at the hotel, I communicated with the front desk staff and they changed it to a twin room. The room is not big, but there are two beds about one meter tall, so I can put two beds there. I didn't feel nervous even if I had a suitcase. The room was relatively clean. There was breakfast on the 15th floor. There were staff who could speak Chinese. The hotel staff's service was also good. The environment for walking around the West Lake is very comfortable, and overall I am quite satisfied."

YYulia Yulia GoRoom is big and comfort. Facilities was perfect! The lady who in frontdesk was so nice and helpful but very poor in english,so we need to spent time to communicate with..😅😅. But beside that everything was good to stay here. And the pho Infront the hotel was so delicious 👍🏻.

JJeslyn WoonMy partner and I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was not the experience we were hoping for. The hotel’s facilities are quite old and don’t match the pictures shown online. The gym, swimming pools, and private pools were especially disappointing – they felt neglected and depressing. The whole place is in desperate need of an upgrade.
One of the scariest moments during our stay was when we returned to our room and found the door to the room next door unlocked. The balcony was open, and there was something under the blanket on the bed. We were understandably alarmed, so we reached out to the staff, who told us it was under repair. A heads-up about this beforehand would have been appreciated to avoid the unnecessary panic.
The bellman was the only staff member we saw doing most of the work, and he looked extremely tired. We genuinely hope the hotel isn’t understaffed and that they’re taking care of their employees. When we reached out to reception about minor issues, like not being sure if the shower head worked, it seemed like he was the only one dealing with everything. It’s clear the staff is overworked, which made the whole experience feel less enjoyable.
Additionally, the heater for the shower wasn’t very warm, which made taking a shower uncomfortable. It’s frustrating when basic amenities like this aren’t functioning properly, and it added to the overall disappointment.
On a positive note, the food at the hotel was excellent. They offer a variety of options, including Japanese, Hong Kong cuisine, a huge slab of cheese, and delicious Vietnamese dishes. If you’re staying here, the food is definitely something to look forward to.
The hotel is also located a bit outside of the city center, so if you prefer a quieter and less busy environment, that’s a plus. However, considering everything, I don’t think I would recommend this hotel, especially given the issues with the facilities, staff workload, and room conditions. There are definitely better options out there for the price.

PPhannHunnThe hotel is in a great location in the heart of the old town, easy to get around. The room was clean, comfortable and had a great view. The staff was friendly, professional, spoke Chinese and was very supportive. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Very satisfied and will definitely come again!

The lady and her family treat the clients so well. The husband even helps to take people to the airport.
The bed is so clean, and the washroom is equipped with everything in it.
By the way, sitting at the receptionist, I saw how they treated the other client, that's what we call customer service.

AAlyssa BernardinoThe hotel was just nice and is conveniently located near Hanoi Train Street. The staff were pleasant and very accommodating. I’d suggest breakfast offered to have few more options other than banh mi, soup and pancakes. Our room also needed a little cleaning especially the toilet (seat cover is spoiled) and the shower head has hard water stains. We only stayed there for a night so we didn’t mind. Otherwise our stay was okay for the hotel budget.

YYanyongqianThere is no pavement for guests to walk from the airport to Paragon Hotel & Pool. Therefore the transfer service of 100,000 Dong is essential. Guest pick-up is at Column 14 after exiting Gate A2 if arriving in Hanoi by an international flight. The hotel has improved in service since a year ago. To protect children from walking up to the rooftop, the hotel requires users to key in code 123456# to open the door before swimming or plane-spotting. Here, it is my first time spotting the aircraft of Air Cambodia landing during the night. I remember this night.

Ngoc An is a really good host and helped us organising needs of the customer at any time and really appreciate An for a super supportive front desk executive throughout my stay and also helped to book airport taxi as my flight was too early in the morning without hassle
The room is not clean but big enough, hotel service could be improved but thanks to again An my stay is a pleasant one and will come back again recommend to others too!

GGuest UserI really liked the location of this place in how it is near a lot of food, fruit, and vegetable stands. I also liked how it is near a lot of mini stores where I can go pick up things that I need. Owner is very nice and loans me things that I needed. She is very respectful to me calling me sir. Hotel maid was very friendly to be around. I like how there was a portable convection stove for me to cook things with. I like how there were silverware, chopsticks, and dishes that I can use to eat my food with. Very good deal to use the washer where it only costs 20,000 dong for the first time and free for additional uses. I liked how it was near that big Winmart grocery store.
Hotel room was very clean. I liked how it had this small space where I can hang my clothes up to dry which was perfect because it was directly underneath the air conditioning unit of the room upstairs where it gives off the heat which dries it faster. Hotel always has a fresh clean set of towels available whenever I need it. Hotel always has toilet paper available whenever I need it.
The only thing that I didn't like was that now and then, there are spiders, where I had to kill 2 of them. I also had to deal with a big spider on my last day. I am somebody that has a fear of spiders.
I might comeback to this hotel in August, September, or beginning of next year when I comeback towards Hanoi in Vietnam and the situation fits for me.

GGuest UserReception were very friendly and helped to book my taxis (cheaper than getting a Grab taxi). The room itself was very clean and housekeeping were attentive and cleared out bins etc everyday.
The location is also very good - near old town area and great to visit by going around the lake.
