"I booked a room with a balcony, but when we arrived, the room had none. I called the reception, and they informed me that the room type I booked didn’t include a balcony, even though the option I selected clearly showed one. The hotel didn’t offer any upgrade or solution, so we just had to accept it. The room itself was okay, but the toilet was small, and there was water dripping from the pipe near the toilet bowl. On a positive note, the breakfast at L’Fisher was great, and my family really enjoyed it. The pool at the chalet, however, had old, faded tiles, which discouraged us from swimming. Overall, it was still a good experience because the location is close to many restaurants—especially Calea."

This is good for group business trips where you spend most of your time outside the hotel. Place is clean. No amenities really. I will definitely book here everytime I am in Bacolod with my group."
