"I booked a room with a balcony, but when we arrived, the room had none. I called the reception, and they informed me that the room type I booked didn’t include a balcony, even though the option I selected clearly showed one. The hotel didn’t offer any upgrade or solution, so we just had to accept it. The room itself was okay, but the toilet was small, and there was water dripping from the pipe near the toilet bowl. On a positive note, the breakfast at L’Fisher was great, and my family really enjoyed it. The pool at the chalet, however, had old, faded tiles, which discouraged us from swimming. Overall, it was still a good experience because the location is close to many restaurants—especially Calea."

"The beds are ok but the room has a disgusting smell. The bathroom is filthy and smelly. The shower is broken. The staff are ok. The amenities are superb specially the pools. I think they really need to focus on cleanliness."

The amenities were basic, includes toileties. the room is air conditioned, and clean. the booking came with a buffet breakfast, simple filipino breakfast options but good enough for the price. value for money indeed"
