"The suites Calle Vieja = Old (and not so called Nueva = New) is run from a distance in Iloilo. That's why maintance is poor. In every room are shortcomings. Nightly noise of the bar next door. Bathrooms cannot be aired out. Staff is excellent, mangement is lousy. A stinking hot welcome at the reception. The hotel is fiddling with room rates and does not give senior discounts, which are required by Philippine law. The last reservation I canceled. I don't want to stay overnight with ithem anymore. As for Trip.com: we have been tricked again: bookings appear to be going through ******* again. ******* also mess with room rates, just like the other brands they use, and it's impossible to contact them about refunds. They simply don't respond. Hotel and booking site: never again."

1000% great staff ! Little bit of a logistical nightmare but overall the rooms very nice but if you require a smart tv book the highest room available and if not kind of out of luck . The staff did eventually make things right but the bedroom still did not have smart tv to be viewed from the bed . Overall good hotel just check rooms befor booking .

Everything was handled professionally the moment I checked in. The front desk was all smiles and was happy to assist and get everything ready for us to settle down in our room. Front desk team were very approachable kudos to all of them including the Guard and the buttler. I ordered at Twist Cafe and let it delivered through room service it came at the right time and the waiter who served the food was kind and friendly as well. I lovd how everyone was really passionate on their jobs, an excellent compliment to all! I like the breakfast set up at AZUL with the mellow relaxing music and the view of the pool and rooms feels really like I'm on a vacation. The only thing that was off was the internet or wifi connection in my room it was on and off I booked because of a very important interview so I was expecting to have a high speed connection in the room I hope next time make sure your wifi is stable and consistent. Nevertheless, Thank you and Good Job Team Sugarland!

The room is large enough for us , I chose double bed yet the front desk officer gave us good for 3 person room .It was twice that the power automatically off and later on after few minutes it will turn on.

We always stay there when we go to Bacolod City. It's right on the highway and if we need to board the ship the pier is just down the street. Breakfast is okay. Guards are always kind and remember us. Super cheap and decent place. Also lots of parking. Good AC.

Located on a busy road near the center of Bacolod, close to San Sebastian Cathedral. The room was spacious with a window, and a table and chairs, which made it very comfortable. The air conditioning was noisy (common in the Philippines) but worked perfectly. There were two power outages during my one-night stay, but this seems to be common in the area, as no one was fazed. The staff were kind and the place had a local feel, which I personally enjoyed.

Booked this hotel because i was looking for a hotel that is close to Bocolod airport and it was published as 3.8kms to the airport But in actual fact it's actually more than 15 kilometres away, it's very FAR AND to find this hotel was another problem because on the maps online app i this name doesn't show up When i arrived at the hotel it's actually with a different name Can you please rectify and not confuse customers Overall it's just a budget hotel VERY Disappointed

Overall, the place was good and provided a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the amenities were generally satisfactory. The host or staff were also accommodating, which made the overall experience positive.However, the cleanliness of the place could be improved. Some areas did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, and there were a few details that needed more attention before guests arrived. A cleaner room and better overall maintenance would have made the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Despite this, the place still has good potential, and I believe the experience would be significantly better with more consistent and thorough cleaning.

The location was excellent, but we were disappointed with the service. Our check-in time was supposed to be at 2:00 PM, but we arrived at the hotel at 3:00 PM, excited to settle into our room after a long and tiring journey. Unfortunately, the front desk informed us that our room was still unavailable, and we had to wait until 3:45 PM before we could check in. That said, we appreciate the efforts of the front desk staff and the security guard, who continuously followed up on the room's availability and kept us informed. Their attentiveness and professionalism were commendable. We hope the hotel can improve its room readiness so future guests can check in on time.
