The location is super convenient, right in the old town. After exploring the night market, we could just head straight upstairs to rest. Even though it's on a busy street, our second-floor room was surprisingly quiet. A staff member helped us with our luggage and arranged parking. We'll definitely stay here again next time!

We had a wonderful time. Not only were the facilities great, but the atmosphere was also super relaxing.Everything was fantastic. The service and staff were also excellent. If you're visiting the Old Town, this is definitely a place to stay. This experience is one of our fondest memories.

The hotel has an excellent location and is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, making it very photogenic – I loved it! However, make sure to choose a quiet room away from the corridor. Rooms facing the street can be too noisy. If you get a quiet room, it's absolutely perfect.

It was my first time staying here, and I truly had my fingers crossed when I made the booking. However, in reality, everything about this hotel exceeded expectations—absolutely incredible. The property is exceptionally beautiful, with a carefully preserved vintage style that shows deep respect for its heritage and history. All staff members were warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Their hospitality was outstanding, and the level of service was excellent. There is honestly nothing to fault in terms of accommodation or overall experience. The only exception was Café Mem. Service from the barista was extremely slow, and the coffee tasted noticeably sour. While the butter croissant was excellent, the jam was disappointing, and the prices felt slightly on the high side. Despite this minor issue, I would definitely return without hesitation.

The hotel very beautiful and the staffs were friendly and helpful. Free flow of mini bar drinks definitely a plus after a day walking around the oldtown of Phuket, the weather was hot and humid. Highly recommend this hotel if the plan is to explore and enjoy the oldtown Phuket.

A cute little place in the centre of Old Town with the friendliest staff! Would book again if ever back in Phuket.

I select this hotel because to fill my daughter dream “I told sunset about you!” But out of my expectation the service and the warm welcome frim the staffs make me feel like HOME! The most beautiful hotel I have seen and been to in a while! Staff was amazing, so lovely and nice, ready to help you with everything you ask for. Interiors were breathtaking and the surroundings were out of fairytale. I wish to come back again someday!

The hotel is located in the center of Old Phuket, where you can easily see the famous old buildings and museums. The hotel bathroom floor is not safe for showering. I fell really hard when I was showering.

Conveniently located in the heart of old town , pleasant interiors , looks like a heritage property with tastefully decorated rooms , and very nice washrooms with excellent toiletries provided. Over all a very pleasant stay in a place that looks like a posh property.

Well, the above door r try window has no curtain, hence all night some light enters the room- be aware if you light sensitive! The furniture are original 100 year old - eg: sitting comfortably in the arm chair was just impossible. They left the original 100 year old wall in the bathroom it looks as they needed to renovate- a better idea is to have a glass window showing the original wall- but modernization of the rest.
