Great hotel to stay for both business and family. Has everything you need inside, also the surrounding is great, very close to the Wanda plaza. Will book again for sure.

It was a great hotel experience. Right from check-in I had such a pleasant experience. The receptionist (Miss Liu 前台小刘) was accommodating and absolutely went out of her way to help me settle in after a 40hr multi-legged trip. I had to double up on coffee to survive the jet lag and the maid Miss Yang (杨水莲) whom I never actually saw in person took note and left me extra bags of instant coffee with a kind note. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Everything works and is of decent quality. I am not certain if the hospitality star systems in China or anywhere are one and the same. Although I suspect Fuyue's 5-star rating is more domestic than the true five star experience one could get from the Waldorf Astoria, the hotel feels luxurious enough for the money. And while it doesn't come with the level of service one normally would expect from a 4-star place in the west, the local staff I interacted with were all pretty helpful. There's a gym and a 25m pool where 6 or 7 people could swim laps comfortably on the second floor. And the Chinese buffet for breakfast was quite amazing as well - there are enough ingredients and plates that one could consider a typical continental breakfast with two caveats: there is no cheese and the yoghurt is watery. I would definitely go back.

The rooms at Fuyue Hotel are large, well-equipped, clean and sanitary. The room was filled with extra water and paper towels, and high-quality fruits were provided. When you come to Songjiang, staying at Fuyue Hotel is the best choice. The breakfast is very rich, especially mung bean soup, millet porridge, red date water, seasonal vegetables, wide noodles, rice noodles, Shanghai noodles, etc. Jerry's service is also very good, and he will take care of the forgotten things.

An old hotel with good service. The guy at the door saw that we had a lot of things and helped us carry them. We booked a 2.5-meter bed for 2 adults and 2 children. It was OK for 4 people to sleep. There is a bathtub for children to take a bath; there are welcome fruits; the breakfast buffet is also good, convenient and with a lot of variety. The main reason for choosing this place is that it is opposite Wanda Plaza, where you can eat and go shopping. If it is too hot at noon, the children can go swimming in the afternoon. We went to Chenshan Botanical Garden and Guangfulin, and it is not too far to take a taxi.

First of all, on the day of check-in, I was waiting for my colleague at the hotel passage and sitting on the steps next to it. A hotel staff member asked me to go away and not sit there. I made it clear that I was waiting for my colleague. The other party said that I couldn't sit here and said that this was the rule of the hotel leader. I repeatedly said that I would leave after sitting for a while (because I was carrying heavy things on my business trip), and the other party directly said in an actively insulting tone: You sitting here affects the image of the hotel! Naked discrimination and insult! Secondly, at breakfast the next morning, my colleague and I each asked for two fried eggs (the restaurant didn't know why the eggs were not fried in advance) and said that we had a total of 4, but while I was waiting in line, another guest came over and asked for two fried eggs. The chef fried them and gave them to him directly. I immediately said that we were in line, four eggs. The chef actually said strangely, if he wants two eggs, how dare I not give it to him? It's simply unreasonable. If he wants you to dare not give it, we can ignore it if we want you, right? I really don't know how such a hotel service process is trained. I also want to ask as a hotel manager, how do you view your guests being treated like this and how to deal with it? Although I don't want to look at it with tinted eyes, but I really experienced it this time when I said that some places are actually full of outsiders!

The hotel lobby is magnificent and the check-in process is fast. There are 6 elevators, which are convenient for going up and down, and you won't have to wait for a long time. The room is spacious and bright, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, which is convenient to use. The meeting was held on the 3rd floor of Building B. There are many conference halls, both large and small, with good facilities and services. The hotel's breakfast and lunch are rich and satisfying! There is Wanda Plaza near the hotel, so you can take a walk in the evening and have many choices for meals.

Before and after check-in, Jerry Zhai, manager of Fuyue Hotel, took the initiative to contact us. The room was cleaned during the stay. The waiter took the initiative to provide mice and drinking water. Very satisfied, felt like home.
