Top High Airport Link Hotel, Bangkok Reviews

Pros: This hotel is walking distance to Phaya thai BTS station. The have free tutok from hotel to BTS station until 5pm.. The staff were nice. Cons: The hotel will ask you 1,000 baht deposit eventhough that I pre-pay the room already before I arrived. The room is too small for two people consider you have a lagguage with you. The bathroom has no space to put yout toiletress. In short ,the bathroom is too small too.  I I  could not understand on why they were asking a 1,000 baht deposit since I paid the room already ahead of time and I only stay there for two night. That is rediculous.

My taxi had problems finding the hotel - it's tucked away at the end of an alley. If using metro, it could be quite a walk away. However, if going to Suvarnabhumi using the Airport Rail Link (Dark Red Line), then it's very convenient as the station Phaya Thai A8 is a 10-minute walk away; or one can use the hotel's free buggy transfer service. For street food, or shopping, it's very convenient as it's a 10-minute walk away from the street food & shopping of Pratunam. Amenities - they provided the standard beverage station set up but you can't use the kettle to boil water. You have to collect hot water from a water dispenser at the end of the corridor 🥴 There's a safe deposit box, which is a plus. Views? Don't open the curtains! It's facing another building just a few meters away. Good enough for a night's rest, comfortable bed & working shower with simple amenities.

Good location. Close to a big 7-11. Next to an old train track, so it's charming. Close to the night market. Close to BTS.

Room was ok, noisy time to time,thin wall. Good things about the hotel is the price and location. Just don’t believe about free tuk tuk as staffs can be picky about who they will allocate the free taxi to the train station too. At first seems like they can drop us off then have been told to walk by ourselves with a big luggage through the rough surface that could ruin the luggage wheel.

Perfect location, wonderful and kind service. I would repeat! It worth the price!!

The space of Bath room r small ， not convenient to take shower , toilet room’s exhausted fan no working 😬 ,

The hotel is very well located, close to many shops and street foods. Very clean and friendly staff, reception 24hrs, they let us checking in at 2am. Unfortunately, when we visited the gym for under refurbishment but we found a local gym 5 min walking, very affordable (****** Gym). The swimming pool is very nice with a stunning view.

Near airport rail link phyatai, but the shortcut road is not so good. The hotel is clean, but not feel very comfortable, it's ok for sleep over night.

Great value hotel in a convenient location. Reasonably priced with nice amenities. The hotel offers drop-off tuktuk service to Pratunam market and the nearest BTS Airport Link station (Phaya Thai), which is very handy. Getting back requires either a tuktuk ride or a short 10-minute walk, but it's manageable. The rooftop features a small but pleasant swimming pool - perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. The area around the hotel is excellent for shopping and dining, with plenty of options nearby. Multiple 7-Eleven stores in the vicinity make it easy to grab essentials or snacks. Overall, a solid choice for travelers looking for a good balance of comfort, convenience, and affordability in Bangkok."

This is my second visit to the hotel. Reception excellent service, room very cean,next door to airport link station,good breakfastost. Can you put the the leads back onto the kettles.

Good place . Convenient location to Phaya Thai station. There is a short cut to Phaya Thai airport link station but one has to cross rail tracks with care and safety in mind. Prathunam market is close by . And of course with Phaya Thai station the BTS green line. It's a good location to either start or end stay into Bangkok as near airport link. Bangkok is massive so staying near a BTS station is wish if you wish to see a lot of Bangkok. Hot water jug is not available but hot water can be made outside room near lifts. Not sure why hot water jug is not provided. It would be useful to have in the room itself.

Staff are great and friendly and cannot do enough for you. Rooms were clean and tidy. Free tuk tuk to the nearest station. Pool was refreshing only downside was only 3 loungers and a deck chair and didn't realise you had to bring your own towels. Apart from that great value for money

Fantastic location; a short walk to Phaya Thai station (access to both the airport rail link and BTS line). Plenty of food options around. 15 minute walk to CentralwOrld. The room was clean and comfortable (air con worked well) and the bed was big and very comfy. The staff were nice, especially the cleaning staff. They provided water everyday, plus a refill cooler. The wifi was mostly good, but it did drop out occasionally. We'd recommend the hotel; it was good value for money.

The hotel need to reposition the 220V 50 Hz outlets properly to Vertical position. The current Horizontal Position caused POOR CONTACT OR NO CONTACT to the Charges we used. It took 10 hrs to charge the Mobile Phone due to poor contact.
