I've been to Yangzhou several times for business reasons but by far my stay at this hotel has been the best. The hotel is quite new and has great facilities. The rooms are big and perfect for working and the breakfast buffet and fitness room are great additions. I want to make a very special remark on the outstanding customer care service delivered by Miss.Nancy ( the front desk manager). Her top quality help provided in order to overtake all the language barriers has made our business trip the most comfortable one so far. We will have to go back Yangzhou in the future again and from now on this hotel is going to be our first choice for sure.

I had a very good stay in this hotel.  Most of the time, Mrs. Yao Zhang, who I think was the manager of the hotel, stood in front and always tried to meet the needs of the guests, and I was very impressed by her good behavior.  Everything in the hotel was great.  Breakfast was good.  The hotel staff were very polite and helpful in all departments.  I have been to many hotels in Yangzhou, but this one was exceptionally well managed.

Location is good but the difficult to get into the hotel as cars were parking outside blocking the entrance. Check in was easy, room was clean and tidy but would prefer a bit of view at windows

Good hotel

The hotel was closer to the Yangzhou East Railway Station and has access to a lot of venues and places of interests. The rooms were well appointed and clean. Most of all, the staff were gracious in extending any assistance that we required.

I checked in on May 17th, and I was really touched. The kids arrived early, and the hotel arranged a room for us at 1:00, and upgraded it! Late check-out, perfect for our family trip! Special thanks to the ladies at the front desk, they are beautiful, gentle and enthusiastic! The boss must give them a pay raise and chicken legs! I will stay in your hotel next time, and I have traveled all over Yangzhou in two days. It is separated from the scenic spot by the Grand Canal, and it is convenient to take a taxi! In short, it is a word of praise! Suitable for family trips, the main hotel is high-end, less noise, and the people staying are not noisy! They are all of relatively high quality!

I checked in with my kids in the afternoon, and the standard room I booked was upgraded to a parent-child room. The hotel room is large, equipped with an air purifier, and the refrigerator has free Coke Fanta. The breakfast is also good, with a lot of varieties. I will stay again next time if I have a chance!

This is my second time to choose Hampton Inn Yangzhou. I chose this hotel because of the good reviews online. I am really satisfied with it. The hotel is in a good location, not far from Dongguan Street and Pishi Street. Parking is very convenient and there is a huge parking lot at the door. The room is just as described, very spacious and clean. It is also very quiet at night, and the soundproofing is also good. The breakfast is very rich. When I left, the lady at the front desk took the initiative to ask if I was satisfied and handed me water. The service is very good. I will come again next time. Very good.

The first stop I drove to Yangzhou was the Hilton Hampton Hotel at the high-speed railway station. The hotel environment is very good, and there is a large lawn around it, which is very quiet. The service inside the hotel is very good. There is a popcorn machine in the lobby, drinks and tea, and the baby can't put it down. The big gift package prepared in the room has alcohol wipes, masks, and mobile phone back stickers that the baby likes. It is really very thoughtful and meticulous. I like the hotel leaders (I suspect that the evaluation I wrote to the Sheraton Zibo a year ago was seen by the Hilton boss, hehe), the bed in the room is enough for our family of 4 to sleep. The hotel saw that we had 4 people less breakfast, and the hotel directly gave us a breakfast, which is very humane. Thank you very much. I remember that Hilton is a business hotel, but I didn't expect that it is so powerful in the vacation business. I was not disappointed. The room is very large, the air conditioner is quiet, very clean, and the breakfast is very rich. I have no suggestions for the hotel here, because it has done well enough, like it. Yangzhou buses are free to ride as long as you show your ID card. Although the bus price is not high, the convenience for tourists is very commendable. The setting of child seats on the bus shows the government's actions. I feel very good about this city. In the taxi, the driver said that if there are vehicles from other places coming to travel, they will not deal with the illegal vehicles. It is inevitable that foreign vehicles will violate the road because they are not familiar with it. I feel very good about this city. The night tour of the Grand Canal is brightly lit and there are many performances. The staff on the boat can be seen to be trained, very familiar with the business and scenic spot knowledge, and very polite. I feel very good about this city. Although I stayed for only two days this time, I was very impressed. I believe I will come to this city and stay in this hotel again.

A small gift was given on the first day of check-in, thank you! The room is big enough and clean. There are not many types of breakfast, and the restaurant is not big, but the red noodle soup is delicious and filling. Some things are out of stock and the meal is not replenished in time, and you need to call manually. Parking is free. The price of this hotel is a little high during the holidays. The most important thing is that I happened to meet a group of people coming out of the elevator. Almost everyone was holding a cigarette in their hands, and no service staff came forward to persuade them. Elevators are non-smoking. Don’t you know? It’s very dangerous! Hilton is still not allowed!
