Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

Amazing view, awesome spa, one of the best food I ever had, the whole experience was so so good, the staffs so kind and helpful, breathe taking view and a very large pool, kerela food is so good, I stayed for 4 nights really want to come back again, good gym and very fast laundry service

Nice rooms. Well maintained surroundings, pool, bar and friendly staffs. Check in and check out procedures were quick. The food was tasty. Magician Robin at the restaurant kept us engaged till the food arrived!! It will be a great option for a staycation

Fantastic overall experience I would love to visit this place again in future. I have no complaints whatsoever. Steongly recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy kochi. All food served in the restaurant were authentic, with the superb ambience, everything was just perfect

First thing first- The view from lake & pool cottage rooms is to die for. The normal rooms are average with limited or no view. We stayed for 3 nights out of which 2 nights we booked Luxury room and 1 night cottage. They have a continental restaurant “Fennel” which serves delicious food. We being vegetarians got enough options to eat out there be it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Please do ask for server name Jinu out there. His service and hospitality was exceptional. He went out of his way to carter to all our demands and also made special arrangements keeping in mind our dietary restrictions. The hotel staff were also very welcoming and helpful.Overall the experience was fab. Only if the receptionists would have agreed to give us a good deal, we were willing to cancel our return flight and extend the stay by 1 more night.

I stayed in Ramada resort kochi for two nights. it was pleasant stay, nice and helpful staff I stayed at a cottage in the resort but be aware not all cottages are facing the swimming pool , there are a couple of them are not . Although all cottages are facing the backwaters. Room was big but the decor needs to be updated. This resort had seen a better days. Breakfast was good with more choices. The staff at the reception were friendly and even arranged a taxi for me to go and visit a friend in Pala , and also arranged a transfer to the airport. The swimming pool area was nice clean and good view of the backwaters. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the resort although it was a bit out of town and not much to do or see outside the resort and no nearby shops or eateries. But if you want to stay somewhere where it is quiet and peaceful then this would be the place.

We went as two couples and 3 kids (all 4 years and below). Overall amazing experience. Great hospitality. Loved the entire stay. made our trip from Bangalore worthwhile. the property is also great. the location, the pool and the backwatets view was great.

We experienced tasty food and well maintained swimming pool. I also experienced nice hospitality from front office executives especially the trainee Miss Anamika. Rooms fell well maintained up to my expectations. Well maintained campus and kayal view were helped to relax our mind Over all it was a fantastic stay
