"We went to Artiste at Forum Mall for dinner and honestly, it turned out better than expected. The place has a nice, relaxed vibe — good for a family dinner without feeling too stiff or too casual. Food was tasty, decent variety on the menu, nothing over the top but everything we ordered was done well. What really made the evening though was our waiter, Shivani. She was so sweet and attentive throughout, checked on us without hovering, and gave us honest suggestions when we couldn’t decide what to order. Little things like that make a big difference. Would definitely go back — the food and service were great."

"Great location in the heart of Fort Kochi, a short stroll to the Chinese fishing nets. Very comfortable accommodation. We love their eco-credentials. Elegant colonial-style architecture, with many references to the East India Company spice trade. Lovely courtyard with a pool. The East Indies restaurant was outstanding - the best food we had in Kerala. Great choices for breakfast, Indian or western, and excellent service. The best fish curry ever."
