GGuest UserIt’s a great hotel with excellent service. For the first time, we truly felt at home. The place is very clean, with incredibly nice staff and a professional, passionate chef. They are so communicative and helpful.
They even surprised my friends with a birthday cake for their birthday, decorating the setup with flowers, rose petals, and candles. It was so kind and thoughtful of them! We were deeply touched, and I was completely speechless. Thank you!

JJianqiaodeyunThis is a beautiful, niche, local high-end brand hotel with Portuguese style. Although the hotel was almost full when I checked in, all my requests, big and small, (including changing rooms twice because I was afraid of noise) were met. On the night of arrival, I dined by the pool while enjoying local traditional dance music, and the candlelight was a special experience. All the staff were very friendly and professional. With the meticulous care of the newly appointed chef, I had a delicious breakfast for several days. Afterwards, the unfinished fruit plate was also delivered to the room for free. Figure 3 is a 200-year-old Jewish healing spring, and many Jews still come here to soak. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with various shopping and attractions just outside. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach.

AAustin KitHotel Arches is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Fort Kochi. Fantastic location near a lot of tourist attractions, shopping and cafes. Kerala Cafe is literally next door. The staff are very kind and helpful. Checkin was quick and easy. The room is basic but very clean. Bed was firm, lots of pillows and comfortable. Room faced the street but was pretty quiet and had no trouble sleeping. Aircon worked well and the room was stocked with water. No wash cloths which could be added as well as a safety deposit box…didn’t see one but also didn’t ask so it could have been there. Hotel felt very safe even as a solo woman traveler. I would definitely stay there again.

GGuest UserHighly Recommended! The place is really clean and very helpful and professional staff. I have travelled to many other countries and stayed in hostel. Considering India and this hostel was really class. Pros - Clean shared washrooms, Clean Bed, AC full time available, rents scooter available, common room available( on see if you come early and need to rest then you can choose to rest on common room until your bed is ready) near by beach and shops. Con - No coffee machine available, lack of disposable class, no dustin in room or outside the room.

GGuest UserThe stay at fort abode was good. We were a family of four and one apartment with two rooms was given to us. The place is quaint with 2 floors of rooms. The top floor has a small but nice swimming pool (open till 8 pm. The people at the reception helped with where to go and they will help block seats for kathakali and martial arts sessions. The road to it is in an angle, don't miss it. There is a cement block right beside the entrance, you could think that the entrance is blocked, but the vehicle can go beside it. You can easily walk to multiple streets nearby ( shopping, eateries, etc) and the fort kochi walkway.

GGuest UserValue for money , if u book online it is much cheaper and you may not find similar facilities in this range in other kochi hotel. U will have to pay much higher .Rooms are clean , location is really gud , their rooms start from 3 rd floor , they also have lift . Hotel does not have their own restaurant but they have restaurants in same building and many gud ones adjacent to hotel.Kaloor Metro is a KM away. Overall gud stay.

TTraveling TanSapphire Club Metro offers a convenient and comfortable stay, ideally situated in the heart of the city. The location serves as a perfect base for exploring, with some of the area's famed tourist attractions, such as the Chinese nets and Jew Town, being just a 30-minute ride away. Despite the central location, the rides to these destinations are surprisingly inexpensive, adding to the convenience of the stay.
Room 201, while directly facing a wall, surprisingly retains a bright and inviting atmosphere. Sapphire Club Metro was a good choice for my travels because I was seeking a blend of city life convenience with easy access to cultural and historical sites.
