Rate 1 This place looks good on the photos if we could have checked into the alternative accommodation that evening we would have left within half an hour of arriving . The room’s furniture is old mismatched and broken several of the beds had stained sheets and bed bugs . Our room had a fridge that the previous occupants half drunk bottle of water in and some substance that I didn’t want to touch . You will need your own transport as there is nothing near it and the taxi to and from work out expensive . Would never recommend this place to anyone. When we checked we showed them the state of the rooms but they were just amused 🤬

Just arrived at this beautiful resort. Located right on the most beautiful beach. It is currently New Year’s Eve and the staff have been amazing! They have arranged us a shuttle to and back from the full moon party. Tonight they have put a bbq on the beach. Amazing hotel with amazing staff and view. Would definitely recommend .

Had an amazing three nights stay, everything from check in to check out was brilliant. We stayed in a beach view villa and it definitely lived up to our expectations. Room was serviced every day with refreshed bath and beach towels, plus water. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming and we will definitely be back next year Beach is beautiful, you are next door to a small beach massage which we tried and next to that was a the flip flop bar, where we sampled a couple of drinks

Arrived here for my first 3 nights in a more quiet area of Koh Phangan and I had an excellent stay. First of all, Andreas the owner is super helpful and responsive. He helped me out with a bunch of questions I had. Daily water bottles were provided, you have tone of space inside the room and also a fridge and airco. There are many good places to eat nearby. If you're like me used to a soft bed, the hard beds might take a few nights getting used to. Enjoy your stay in this wonderful area!
