Great hotel, we booket a family room - it’s quite huge!
2 bedrooms, common area and a kitchenette.
The pool well maintained and clean. All the amenities are clean.
The breakfast was ok.
The only “minus” - is that the hotel not on the beach. But it’s not a surprise.
If it was on the beach it was more than perfect.

Great location! About 5 mins walk to beach, the entrance has a huge 711 convenience store and McDonald's which are 24 hours! Pool is nice and clean. Breakfast is very basic but sufficient

Terrible. Rude staff. There is practically no cleaning of the room. They're getting fined. In the room you will find a list of fines on several pages. Be carefull. I don't recommend it. Don't ruin your vacation!

The hotel in Lamai is located five-seven minutes from the beach, cross the street, go around McDonald's, go straight to the right, then the cafes and here is the beach. We settled right next to the kitchen and were told there were no rooms, although everything was available. I don't recommend it

This is the first time we’ve stayed in Lamai over chaseng and we are very impressed. It’s much quieter with less young and rowdy backpackers- but still a really nice vibe. We booked this hotel last minute and it cost less than £100, for that we have 64m2 of space in this villa which leads right out to the pool- it’s great Hotel a bit dated in parts, breakfast is nice and the staff have been fantastic The only downside is the fitness room opens late and closes early- 8pm! This is such a strange concept- I like most people like to train very early or in the evening so I can make the most of the day with my family- I think the hotel should look at this. That aside it was a nice experience

This is a pretty hotel near to lamai nightlife/ restaurants. We stayed in the block but there are also lovely bungalows to choose from. The rooms were large, clean with a comfy bed and good air conditioning. The patios were large with two comfy chairs and ceiling fan. The room itself was a little quirky because when you opened the glass door to get into the fridge you can see into the bathroom which is a little odd. The pool was lovely and in the sun all day which made it extremely warm. The sunbeds were always available but it was quiet season so I assume they will bring more out at peak time because there were only about 12 to use. Breakfast consisted of eggs made to your liking, croissants and pastry’s, toast, bacon and a small choice of Thai meals. Fruit and yoghurt was also available. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful during our stay. There is a safe in the room and I would advise everyone to use this. A neighbour of ours left £95 euros in her handbag which went missing from the room. The lady explained to us that after this occurred one of the maids that previously made conversation with her changed and would not look her in the eye which was suspicious. There are signs on all the doors to lock valuables away.

I cannot praise this resort enough. All the staff are fantastic. The rooms are beautiful, spacious & extremely clean. The gardens & pool are also looked after so well. Located in the middle of Lamai. Lots of nightlife, bars & restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. Rooms are set back and very quiet. I will definitely stay here again.
