"**1/5 - TOTAL RIP OFF!** Avoid this beach bungalow – ancient rooms, zero amenities, and UGLY decor. Way overpriced for a stone-age stay! 💔 Air conditioners don't work and the reception is far down on the beach enjoy hauling your luggage The price does not match what you get you can get something a lot better for this price range in Koh Samui"

The Flow Samui Beach Resort
"Charming stylish hotel on the beach. Friendly staff, nice rooms, simple breakfast, good restaurant and bar. Some beach bars within walking distance. Downsides are no gym, uncomfortable beds with cheap linen, service can be slow, nothing much within walking distance so you need a scooter or to use taxis to go anywhere For such an adult feeling hotel we were surprised by how many young families with babies and small children were staying. Made it feel a bit like a kindergarten sometimes."
ibis Samui Bophut
"Friendly and helpful staff, specially the Front deck staff K.Pu and another person when I checked in. Apart from arranging the room, they gave advice to how to go around and assist on practicality that I may need. The place is safe and convenient. I rent a motorcycle to go around and found it was wonderful 👍"
J4 Samui Hotel
"J4 Samui Hotel & Resort – Highly Recommended First of all, I would like to say a big thank you to a staff member named Bew. She is absolutely fantastic. I accidentally left my bank cards in an envelope inside the safety box. She tried to contact me when I was already in Bangkok, and then kindly sent everything to my address in Bangkok. I truly appreciate what she did — 5-star customer service for her. The room was small but very cozy. I loved the candle scent in the room; it was so relaxing. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and extremely clean. I also liked the old-style furniture, which gave a very traditional Thai feeling. The location is excellent — only a 1-minute walk to the beach. I had a great stay for 4 nights and would definitely recommend this hotel. I would happily stay here again."
Lamai Bayview Boutique Resort
"Our sea-view room was just as described, beautiful by the sea. The room itself isn't large, but it's perfectly fine for a few days' stay. We didn't eat here; it's an 8-minute walk, and a 2-minute scooter ride away, you're on the main road with several restaurants and a 7-eleven. Cons: Matress gave me a severe backache No outlets or light switches next to the bed Some towel hooks in the shower were broken. One towel per person Pros: Super friendly staff Scooter 250 bht per day through the hotel Room cleaned daily Bed made Water, coffee, and tea Fridge Kettle Swimming pool with sea view"
Anantara Lawana Koh Samui Resort
"Great hotel right at the beach. The breakfast was self serve buffet style but you can also order unlimited portions of additional items from a menu. Loved the personal pool and swing."
Outrigger Koh Samui Beach Resort
"The room floor was screeching, the property was not beachfront but advertised as beachfront. It’s a hotel with cheap owners not focused on services rather focused on charging customers for everything they could. The coconut water was also charged during breakfast. The staff on the reception was very unhelpful at night. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel"
The Ritz-Carlton, Koh Samui
"Really enjoyed our stay at the Ritz-Carlton. Special thank you to Deeb, who made us the best cocktails and was ready to get creative with whatever we requested. Chris the F & B manager introduced himself early and was always trying to ensure we were happy. Its a large hotel with lots of restaurant options, lots of buggys to take you where needed. Our room was spacious and seemed fairly newly renovated. Kids club was a highlight, lots of activities and the staff were great, the kids hardly wanted to leave."
Pavilion Samui Villas and Resort
"The hotel is really nice and the service is great. The staff was really thoughtful and available. We had a problem with electricity in the room, after reporting it to the reception a technician was at the room in the time it took me to get back to the room. The villa pool is great. Just the right size. The bed was really comfy."
Guan Yu Boutique Hotel
Bhundhari Resort & Villas Samui
"The bathtub is not clean and has stains. You have to scrub it yourself so your child can play. The bed is comfortable. The room is spacious. There are a lot of mosquitoes, but you get a natural atmosphere. It is near Central. The swimming pool is good."
Matcha Samui Resort
"Everything was great! The location is excellent! The beach is good! Breakfasts are delicious! It's clean, and they clean every day! The room is big! I liked everything!"
White Sand Samui Resort
In this hotel, you can satisfy your appetite for lunch or dinner at the hotel's restaurant, or stay in and take advantage of the room service (during limited hours). Wrap up your day with a drink at the bar/lounge. Full breakfasts are available daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 am for a fee.
Crystal Lamai Hotel
"A very cozy, small hotel. We stayed in a room with a garden view, and the daily cleaning was excellent. The rooms are spacious, and the pool is great. There's also a small gym with exercise bikes. It's about a 15-minute walk to the beach, and everything you need is nearby: shops, cafes, currency exchange, massage places, and fruit stalls. The hotel is quiet, despite being close to the main road, and has a large parking lot for motorbikes and cars. In my opinion, for the price, this is the best hotel in Lamai. I definitely recommend it and will return myself next time."
The Briza Beach Resort, Samui
"Enjoyed my stay at the Briza resort staff, very friendly and attend all your needs I stayed in a room with a plunge pool, which was lovely. The only thing I would’ve liked my own sunbed otherwise everything was excellent"
Lek Nana Pool Villa Bophut
"We had a wonderful stay at this villa with a pool! The house was beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. We were particularly impressed by the top-notch service – the team was friendly, helpful, and always available. The cleanliness was also impeccable; everything was spick and span and very inviting. Absolutely recommended for a relaxing vacation – we'd love to come back! 🌴✨"
Samui Bayview Resort & Spa
"Excellent hotel! The staff were pleasant and very helpful! We will definitely be back!"
