SStefffffff.meowAn Unforgettable Stay at Eldor’s Honeymoon Villa – Absolute Perfection! My recent stay at Eldor’s villa in Koh Samui was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Eldor’s professionalism and warmth made us feel instantly welcome. He arranged a seamless airport transfer, ensuring we arrived safely at the villa without any hassle. Upon arrival, Eldor greeted us with genuine hospitality, even helping with our luggage. The villa itself was **huge and fully equipped**—spacious, immaculate, and beautifully designed. We stayed in the **Honeymoon Villa** on the second floor, which offered breathtaking views and total privacy. Eldor took the time to thoroughly explain every facility in the villa, including the **fully functional kitchen** with a microwave, stovetop, and other cooking essentials—perfect for preparing meals at home. The attention to detail was impressive: complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, and toothbrushes), fresh towels, and even pool towels were provided. The highlight was undoubtedly the **private infinity pool**—large, clean, and overlooking the sea. Whether swimming at sunrise or under the stars, the pool was pure bliss, with no disturbances and complete seclusion. The villa’s air conditioning was powerful (a lifesaver in the tropical heat!), and the floor-to-ceiling glass doors in the living room allowed us to admire the pool and ocean views while lounging indoors. What amazed me most was the **flawless cleanliness**—not a single insect in sight! The entire property was meticulously maintained, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Eldor’s villa surpassed even high-end chain hotels in terms of quality, privacy, and value for money. Without a doubt, this was my **best villa experience ever**, and I’ll enthusiastically recommend it to friends.

GGuest UserI stayed at Arkbar for 2 nights and unfortunately, it was a very mixed experience. The positives: The location is definitely great—right on the beach and close to everything in Koh Samui. Check-in was quick and easy. The facilities, especially the pool and beach area, are nice and lively during the day. The negatives (and they outweigh the positives): Noise: Sleeping here is nearly impossible unless you’re planning to be out partying all night yourself. It’s not just the music (which I expected), but the guests—people shouting in the hallways at 3am and again at 6am, waking me up both nights. Cleanliness: Honestly unacceptable. The bed sheets were stained, had hairs, and even bugs. The bathroom was filthy—handprints on the mirror, used cotton buds on the floor, and grime in the shower. I called to have it cleaned, but they only changed the bed sheets. Customer Service: When I told the manager about the room at checkout, her response was just “sorry, no one told me,” which doesn’t really cut it. Only after I mentioned leaving a review did she offer a “free breakfast voucher”—which was a joke, as it didn’t even cover a full meal and drink. Restaurant: Speaking of food, I tried the avocado toast with poached eggs and it was the blandest thing I’ve ever tasted. Overpriced, underwhelming, and disappointing overall. No discounts for guests at their own bar or restaurant either, which felt stingy considering the prices and what you get for it. For the amount of money I paid, this was absolutely not good enough. Unless you only care about partying and don’t plan to sleep or care about cleanliness, I’d recommend staying elsewhere. Would not recommend.

MMoonloverThe hotel has a private beach, a swimming pool, the location is great, there are a lot of restaurants and massage places near the restaurant. Lamai night market also is a walking distance. The restaurant by the beach is great, we enjoyed the breakfast by the sea, the prices at the restaurant are a bit pricey but having a coconut juice by the beach is worth it. The amenities overall were good, 4 stars for cleanness because the air con was dirty inside out. The dust was visible on the top of AC and the air wasn’t fresh.

GGuest UserOverall the place is great. Location a perfect combination of beach and city. The rooms are super cute, do show signs of wear, have hot water, and the AC is cold. The beds are hard and you can hear some noise from the main road and planes, but it didn't bother us. I thought the other reviews were just people complaining, but I think I met the rude lady working this evening. We missed breakfast this morning because we had a tour and breakfast doesn't start until 8am here. I stopped at the office and asked for a packet of butter after we returned from our trip. First they lied and said they didn't have it, when I asked what they give us for breakfast they went to go get it. The lady at the desk asked if I was staying at the hotel. Fair question, yes. Then she asked what room and I told her. She then asked what side of the resort my room was on.....you work here and I think you already know. Then you could tell she was talking about me to some older lady as she pulled the paperwork for my room and rolled her eyes. Just not a pleasant person. I got my butter, but that particul staff member is just not pleasant. All of the others have been great, but I dont want to play games about where my room is with some rude faced girl. We got breakfast on day 2 and just went with a basic American breakfast, was good but nothing to write home about. I would suggest more of an a la carte menu where I can have eggs with a Thai dish. Here you get fruit or a juice. We got fruit instead of the juice we ordered and also got someone else's omelet after a bird ate off our plate in 2 seconds so they grabbed it and remade it. We would have just ate it anyway. If you are super particular this is probably not the place for you, but overall I'd give it a solid 3 if I count the rude encounter. If I factor her out, I'd give it a 4 for the price and location.

KKan Teck SanWe like the location of the hotel which is along Chaweng Beach Road and it is within walking distance and not too far from the beach. For 3-star hotel with a swimming pool and a gym, it is a bonus. The service of the staff was good and they were courteous. Specially to be mentioned is Mr Piak who patiently explained to us - breakfast from 7 am to 10 am, free coffee and tea provided, a safe in the room (a plus point for us), the mineral water stored in 2 glass bottles FOC, leaving the empty glass bottles on the table after consuming, Wifi passport, extra swimming towels provided for swimming etc. Facilities are good. Crossing the Haad Ngam Road, there is a big supermarket SuperCheap and it is very convenient to get any stuff there. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast with a good spread of food for a 3-star hotel. Generally, we were happy with the stay.

MMarinaThe hotel's location was great. Shops, cafes, and Central Samui shopping mall are all within easy walking distance. However, the rooms are in need of an update, especially the bathroom facilities. We stayed in two adjacent rooms, and in one of them, the water was only lukewarm. Currently (in August), this particular spot on Chaweng Beach experiences a very noticeable low tide. You can walk about 150-200 meters to the right for deeper water.

FFrancium_psI recently spent a weekend here, and overall, I would say it was a decent experience for what we paid. Here's a breakdown of my thoughts: Accommodations (3/5): The rooms were clean and well-maintained, but they felt a bit outdated. The furniture and decor could use some updating, and the beds were not the most comfortable. However, the room had all the basic amenities, including a TV, mini-fridge, and a clean bathroom. It's not a luxury experience, but it was acceptable for a short stay. Service (4/5): The staff here were friendly and attentive. They were quick to address our needs and answer any questions we had. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and the concierge was helpful in arranging activities in the area. Amenities (3/5): The resort has a nice pool area, which we enjoyed. However, the pool could have been cleaner, and there were limited lounge chairs available, especially during peak hours. The on-site restaurant had a decent menu, but the food was a bit on the expensive side for what you got. It would be nice to have more dining options nearby. Location (3/5): It is located a bit further from the main attractions in the area, so you'll need a car to get around. This could be a downside for some, but it's also quieter and away from the crowds. If you're looking for a more secluded experience, it might be a plus. Value for Money (3/5): The pricing at this resort is reasonable, but you get what you pay for. It's not a luxury resort, so if you're looking for a budget-friendly option, it's a decent choice. In summary, this is a middle-of-the-road resort. It's not going to blow you away, but it's clean, the service is good, and it offers an affordable place to stay. If you're not too concerned with luxury and just need a place to sleep while exploring the area, it's worth considering.

GGuest UserThe staff were very friendly and even offered to move us to a less noisy room because of a party happening at the temple next door. Not a bad location but also not very central or near the beach, helps to have a bike to get around.

GGuest UserGood hotel for this price. Big minus is that they don't have safeboxes even at the reception Yea, and a very(!) slippy floor. The beach is rocky and if you want to swim you should take a small walk along the water.

GGuest UserGood morning! I'm staying at this hotel from February 2nd to February 8th. The location is simply superb! 👌 Breakfasts are standard, and there's a 7-Eleven nearby if you need coffee or sandwiches. However, the hotel itself is completely rundown!!! The bedding and towels are in terrible condition! If you appreciate comfort, then this is definitely not the place for you. All the plumbing is broken, and the water in the shower doesn't drain!
