The Sheraton Samui Resort is an absolute gem. Set amidst a vast, green landscape, it's a paradise for those who love to explore, and if you'd rather ride, the buggies are just a call away. The breakfasts were a hit – a scrumptious spread of European and local dishes that got us started for the day. Our room was not just comfortable, but it also boasted a stylish bathtub on the terrace and a fabulous view. For the kids, the resort was an endless adventure. Between the awesome camp set in the room and the kid's room filled with activities (our son particularly enjoyed the crafts), they were in seventh heaven. We loved the cool stone pool and the variety of beachside activities – from kayaking to stand-up paddle boarding, all available free of charge. And if you're into some friendly competition, there's a ping-pong table too. With two pools to choose from, one lively and family-friendly and the other more tranquil, there's something for everyone. And the beachside bar and restaurant? A great spot for some downtime. Being close to Central Samui and other attractions was just the cherry on top. Highly recommended!

These are very convenient apartments, with a large amount of decor, elegantly decorated , clean and comfortable. There are all necessary for comfortable accommodation of 4 people, dishes and household appliances in the kitchen as well in availability! Successful location: Near the area filled with infrastructure, but at the same time off the road, very quiet. We were with rented car, so with regard to the pedestrian access to infrastructure I cannot comment. A pleasant pool ! Recommend 100%

Both the decoration style and the environmental facilities are relatively perfect. There is nothing to be picky about. The most important point is that the hygiene is very good, because I have a slight cleanliness, and this place makes me very satisfied. On the whole it is relatively tidy and clean, there are no hygienic corners, and children like it very much.

Away from the hustle of central Chaweng, so is a good spot to be based for quiet times and used as a base to explore the island. Beachfront pool villas are nice, large and great views of the ocean. Private pool is a bonus and well worth the upgrade. Hotel was busy when I stayed and everyone seemed to be happy and enjoying themselves. The pool isn’t the largest but plentiful for the amount of rooms. Don’t forget, there are the villas with private pools, so a fair number of guests will be in their own area. Access to the beach is not directly in front of the hotel, but that’s a good thing otherwise I would be hearing everyone in front of my villa each day. Access is the side of the resort just past the restaurant. Along this stretch of beach has a few other hotel bars and restaurants to eat and drink in and if you head to the furtherest headland point, and head inland, you will come across a handful of bars and restaurants. As many people have said, the hotel is next to a road - but like most hotels in Samui, it’s just the design of the island. You can avoid the main road for your walk to the local area by going along the stretch of beach. And when you are on the island, why wouldn’t you want to walk along the beach?! So don’t listen to those comments about nothing nearby. If you want the hustle of the nightlife, Chaweng central is 15 minutes away. Get on the shuttle or order a taxi for 300thb. It’s a 4 star hotel, trying to get back to some kind of normal after covid and over time, I am sure the owners will reinvest their money to make improvements where some other guests have commented about in other posts but I do think it is dependent on the room type you book and/or are assigned as most of them are fine. Give it a go, it is worth it. I’ve been to many hotels over the years - more than the average Joe - and it’s only recently where I’ve checked in and out of two hotels on the same day in all these years.

Great hotel, excellent experience, very few Chinese, rich breakfast, beautiful hotel environment, swimming pool and beach are very nice, hotel activities are super, free, kayaking, sand platoon, sand foot... children play It’s the most enjoyable thing. The most admirable is the transition room provided by the hotel. You can rest in the transition room, bathe and change clothes, store your luggage, arrive at the early flight and the evening flight before you arrive at the hotel or check out and leave the hotel. The guests leaving the hotel provided many conveniences. The service attitude of the hotel is very good. The beach BBQ is not expensive. In short, all aspects are super satisfied. Next time you come to Samui, you will choose this hotel and recommend friends to experience it.
