Room wasn’t made up each day and due to the amount of trees etc, lots of mosquitoes. At night the only option was to spray mosquito spray and try to sleep with that smell.
Not sure how they would fix that but, they need to look at something. Even swimming in the pool was awkward due to mosquitoes.
Other than that, a very comfortable place and great location.

The hotel is in a great location next to the beach and just off the road with loads of bars/restaurants. However, the hotel is far more run down than the pictures show.

Basic resort nearby a dirty beach and stinky river.. bed was confortable and villa are spacious but the private pool is not really usable. The bar is noisy but cocktail offer is interesting. Breakfast is disgusting but people are very kind and helpful. I won’t really recommend to go there

Happy Hour Cocktails is a MUST! Also the staff’s super helpful, friendly and beautiful garden resort feeling, the rooms could do with a quick touch up but otherwise would recommend.

When we arrived on site, we didn't get the room we had booked without any notice. Without jacuzzi and without sea view. No apology or action from the staff even after contacting the manager. We were offered a free breakfast, but we waited an hour due to staff shortages and the selection was limited. Towels were dirty and so were the bed linen. The bathroom wasn't clean either. To date I have not received a response from the hotel manager to my complaint email.

The hotel is tired. We stayed in a large villa with a pool. The pool is very dirty and the water is very chlorinated. Swimming in it is unpleasant. The reception staff is not helpful. I do not recommend this hotel.
