Honeymoon Perfection at Six Senses Samui. We recently booked a stay at Six Senses Samui for our honeymoon, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the service, amenities, and attention to detail were absolutely amazing. Every staff member provided exceptional hospitality, making us feel truly special. A special mention goes to the manager, Nirob, and his outstanding team, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. The food was another highlight of our experience. Six Senses Samui’s commitment to sustainability is evident, with many ingredients sourced directly from their onsite garden and within Thailand. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. The room decor is breathtaking, blending luxury with nature in a beautiful jungle fever style. It felt like a serene oasis, perfectly designed for relaxation and unwinding. We will most definitely be back and highly recommend Six Senses Samui to anyone visiting Koh Samui who wants to relax, recharge, and experience unparalleled hospitality. It truly lives up to its stellar reputation and star rating!

The resort is very quiet with very few guests and activities. For the price paid, there are no exceptional services and amenities given compared to other hotels in the island. Breakfast spread is limited and we were told a fee is required to take the shuttle bus to Chaweng Beqch. There are limited restaurants choices too.

The hotel is amazing, especially the service! Every detail demonstrates how much the staff cares about the guest experience. The hotel even provides an app that allows guests to communicate with staff for various services, such as spa and restaurant bookings, as well as information about hotel amenities. While being close to nature does mean there are some mosquitoes and insects, the hotel thoughtfully provides guests with items like mosquito repellent, coils, and cream for bites. Although the restaurant selection is limited, it’s more than sufficient. Dining on the rock offers an incredible view at the edge of the hill, overlooking the ocean and nearby islands. The other restaurant, Dining on the Hill, has a relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by grass and a pond. I will definitely recommend Six Senses Koh Samui!

Amazing resort, everything is perfect There’s not much to do on Koh Samui, but it’s perfect fine to just stay in the hotel. The hotel has activities throughout the day, everyday. We loved our stay

So many mosquitoes at the pool and restaurants Friendly staff Gym equipment didn’t work

This is by far the best hotel/resort we have ever stayed at. Me and my wife celebrated our honeymoon here and it was perfect. The resort is perfect and large but don’t worry, the staff are more than willing to buggy you around everywhere. The breakfast is amazing and again everyone has such a nice smile on their faces. But the best thing was, they upgraded us to a villa with a pool and complimentary dinner at their beautiful restaurant that overlooks a hill. The location, staff, service and villas are all perfect and we could definitely not have asked for more. Word of advice either stay here for your whole trip or end your trip here because the six senses do really set the standards very high and no where else will feel the same. 10/10 !

This is my second time staying at Six Senses Samui, and it is still my favorite hotel. Everything is beautiful, and immersing myself in it is like experiencing a baptism and healing of nature. The hotel stay experience is impeccable, and every staff member is so lovely, enthusiastic and kind. I will go there for the third time!

The environment is good, but it feels a bit remote and inconvenient to go out

Busy checking out, everyone was carrying small gifts, but they ignored us. Our room, number 36, had a dirty, original wall structure behind the sliding door, with many crawling insects in the crevices. It was damp. Outside the bathroom, there were large, black, soft caterpillars, only slightly thicker than earthworms, wriggling everywhere. The food at the Rock Restaurant was terrible. Because it's located over the area where planes take off, it was extremely noisy. At night, the sound of waves crashing against the shore rocks was very loud, a deterrent for light sleepers. There were many small geckos on the ceiling, constantly calling out at night. The tub stopper was broken and not sealed properly, so it never filled up. Breakfast was also very ordinary and not very plentiful, not as good as the Centaline or Kimpton. There were many mosquitoes; my friend and I got bitten many times.

The environment is very natural, and there are cute little squirrels. The air conditioner in the villa was very noisy on the first day, but the hotel solved it on the second day and compensated for it. The service staff were very enthusiastic, although some details could be improved. The food was delicious and the activities were rich. Recommended

I like the wild luxury style of Six Senses. The environment is really beautiful. It is surrounded by jungle and isolated from the world. The sunrise and sunset are amazing. The service is also in line with the hotel's positioning. There are service staff who remember us when we go to the restaurant for breakfast. They will introduce all the facilities to us when we check in, how to use the app to communicate, etc. There are various activities to sign up for every day, which is quite interesting. However, some problems are also more obvious. Because it is more primitive, mosquitoes cannot be avoided. I was bitten more than 20 times. The shower is outdoor.

The overall facilities of the hotel are old, and the plants grow wildly. The mango tree next to the villa room keeps dropping mangoes in the yard. The point is! ! There are so many mosquitoes! ! ! It is useless to light mosquito coils. The mosquito repellent spray provided by the hotel is useless. You have to buy it outside and apply it all over your body. Otherwise, you will be bitten and cry if you sit in the villa yard for a while! ! ! I dare not stay to take pictures! ! It is really unbearable to bring children. If you are afraid of mosquitoes, choose carefully! ! ! There are many flies in the restaurant, and they will dive directly into your soup! ...

Our room was at the front, with no obstructions at all. The layout of the room was very reasonable, and the mosquito net was not torn. Every day, there was free mosquito net collection in the morning to make the bed and mosquito net laying at night to make the night bed, which was very convenient and warm~ The only thing that was a bit thrilling was that when I got up to go to the bathroom one night, I encountered a big spider on the floor, which was a special experience~ The buffet breakfast tasted average, but the lunch and dinner of this restaurant tasted very good! I will choose this place next time, I like it very much💕

The road to the hotel is very difficult to walk. It has nothing to do with remoteness. Entering the lobby, the lobby may be only 30 square meters, very cramped. The front desk staff is absolutely discriminatory. Although we have national pride, their professionalism is very average. When checking in, guests from other countries stood up to welcome before getting off the car. When we arrived, the service attitude was perfunctory. The basic staff of the hotel, depending on luck, some give black faces and some give white faces. The service is very average. The sea view of the hotel is beautiful, but the road inside the hotel is very narrow and the roadside is very dirty. Various work vehicles can be seen everywhere. As for the room, the area is very small, which is not the area of ​​the Golden Diamond Resort Hotel. Entering the room, the swimming pool is full of fallen leaves. The maintenance of the room, except for the defects on the ground. The rest of the wood is pretty good. The privacy of the room is also weak. If you walk on the road, if the curtains are not drawn in the room, you will be seen. If you bring children, you must pay attention to mosquitoes. From check-in to departure, there are more than ten mosquito bags on my body. The hotel's beach is also very small. If the weather is bad and windy, you can hardly see the beach. The price of more than 5,000 yuan when booking is totally not worth it.
