Sea Suite Villa

If you look this property up on most hotel booking sites ie *********** (where we booked) *******, ********** etc you’ll find they still have this property listed when in fact this property is CLOSED. We know this because we arrived today to check in, no reception just a number to ring. The number when rang says number disconnected! We then googled the property to try see if they had a different contact number etc but to our amazement it said “permanently closed”. We didn’t take much heed to this at the time as the property had already taken our money when we booked and thought it was an error as another guest had said prior that it was closed due to renovations and might not have been updated. We called the rooftop bar (within the villa) to see if there was a contact number they could provide to which we were told “oh they closed last year”. At this point I should say I’m fuming, In the middle of Thailand expecting accommodation I’ve PAID FOR to then arrive and be told it’s actually shut down. I got onto *********** and explained the situation seeing as I booked through them to only figure out they themselves didn’t know they had closed for business. Most websites as listed above still have this property listed while unknowingly to them the property has in fact Co. osed! Besides the fact the websites have this listed its the audacity that to take money for a booking when they are in fact NOT OPEN for business!
