We first came to the hotel by chance, 3 years ago and fell in love with this place for its natural beauty. You have to understand that building a hotel on a cliff, in the jungle, right by the sea, and for everything to work, it must be something brilliant. And for the third time on Koh Tao we choose to stay here, for the third year in a row. We will come back again.

The place is very beautiful, fantastic. It is here that you feel a connection with nature, silence and tranquility. We were not very lucky with the weather, there were strong waves, we were not able to swim in the sea. But the view of the sea from the terrace of the room is mesmerizing. All those who wrote about the bad road to the hotel, you are wrong. The road is excellent, a little steep, with a concrete surface. I recommend everyone to visit this place! The owner of the hotel is a good person, very kind and loves to joke. Thank him for such a beautiful place.

The dirtiest and nastiest hole we have ever seen! NO PHOTO ON trip.com matches the hole that was offered to us there, and that for around 85€/night-an absolute disgrace..

Extremely unfriendly staff at check-in. We left immediately & of course there was no money back! We were so clever that we even forgot to take photos-we just wanted to leave!!

Beautiful room which was outside and with stunning views of the bay. Snorkelling was good there too. Be mindful of steps - there are a lot and they killed my legs off but was a sacrifice for the view. Could do with more fans and one of the fans the wire was broken so unable to use it. Also, would be a good idea to put the fridge on before customers get there so the fridge is actually cool.

The location is beautiful, but unfortunately the owner is a rude drunk as mentioned in the other reviews. This makes the place one to miss. There are many other guest houses worthy of receiving your money in equally beautiful spots. His sort of behaviour doesn't deserve to be rewarded.

Suicidal road down to resort miles from all the fun, landlord is a horrible obnoxious non native, enough said!! Avoid, you will be glad you did, even states GO AWAY on the sign as you approach, take that hint

Tragedy. Access even by car is difficult. Lots of stairs to each room. Rooms are dingy, cold water, no air conditioning, only a fan. In the bathroom the shower is on the door, no sink. The couch was broken! They made me sign if everything works. It seems clean but it is dingy and there is filth all around. We were with a small child
