Entire team helped us during our stay. Check was really smooth and quick. Valet parking was available. Front office team is really nice. Specifically Shivtej. Rutvik. Etc. breakfast was nice. We had a perfect family stay. Best hotel to stay in Kolhapur

Best hotel in town. Nice 4 star hotel. Anjali from the reception was really good. Shashi helped us for the late night check in. Abu bakar from restaurant did nice job. Overall stay was good. Rooms are clean. Hats off to the front office and reservation team.

Enjoyed a short stay while visiting the Mahalakshmi Temple — cosy, comfortable room and a good breakfast made it perfect. The staff was polite and helpful. The location of the hotel was very good as the temple was very close by. It was a good choice.

We had booked 2 suite rooms and stayed here for 2 nights with our family. Honestly we had a very bad experience as a whole. The experience from the beginning was messed up. I refuse to believe this is a 4 star property. The list of issues is so long that it’s almost exhausting to pen it here. They should just call this a 2 star hotel and remove the Fern brand and then also probably it won’t meet the standards. The entire management should be immediately fired and replaced for managing a hotel so badly which has a descent brand name attached to it. - To begin with our washrooms got flooded and the water filled our room. The staff who came had no clue how to manage that. He was using window wiper to clean immense amount of water on the floor without any mop or cloth m. After patiently dealing for 30 mins we told him that he will need a mop. He very nicely informed me he has no clue how to clean the floor. Anyways that got managed after few rounds of complaints - My wife ordered for a birthday cake for me one day in advance which they had promised to deliver in the morning. After several calls and strong reminders they somehow managed to deliver it in the late evening - In of the other rooms we had taken the AC was not working properly. Even after complaining nothing happened - The last bit was the most interesting one. On of the rooms had a flying bat in the room which my family discovered in the middle of the night. It was a very scary situation and they couldn’t sleep after that. - Our experience for breakfast was also quite amusing. On the check out date we wanted to leave around 9am and we came for breakfast at 8.30am. The breakfast scene was worst than a railway station. They had some conference going and they had no place and the complete place was fish market. They made us wait for 45 mins before we got a place. The best part of the management was their response on comparing about all this. They very nicely offered some Rs 1000 discount on my room service bills for which was spending close go 40k for. my stay.

I recently stayed at The fern Kolhapur and had a fantastic experience from the moment I arrived the staff was warm welcoming and attentive specially Mention Ms Rohini from Front office she is very helpful and cooperative Breakfast was delicious we will definately visit again.

Restaurant staff cooperative,helpful and answered all our queries. Thanks to Prem for teaching us to make an authentic Kolhapuri misal with proper explanation. Trying to keep their traditional culture alive thorough their helpful nature.
