"I had booked 3 rooms for family. The stay was good. it's an executive hotel. The service was good. We stayed there for less than 12 hours as we reached late. The hotel also provided parking. Rooms are ok in size. I had elderly family and a kid, they quickly accommodated without starting the checkin formality which I was happy. I didn't take food as we did in on the way. But experience was good"

"Hotel manager is absent and not actively running the show, toiletries were not kept and provided only after asking. Similarly, booking was for 3 persons but additional bedding was not kept, no bathtub in bathroom as shown in images, they said it is for an ultra executive suite only. The kitchen works in a very limited window and the staff is more interested in diverting you to other restaurants than serving their own. People will struggle to get a taxi as the hotel is far from the city. The room was good but without active management it is no good."

"We stayed in the hotel for just one day yesterday and here are my experiences. Positive: 1) Wonderful architechture, 2) Beautiful ambieance, lawns, 3) Food is excellent. 4)The room is small but comfortable. Scope for improvement: Service could have been better and prompt. We called for someone to get our luggage during check out and no one really came. Also the pillows are too big for the comfortable night sleep. The sleeping pillows should soft but flatter and smaller. Overall : I can't think of a better budget hotel with the kind of ambience that it offers in Kolhapure."
