GGuest UserPositive Feedback: cleaning staff was very humble. The staff in the morning breakfast dinning area was making most of their efforts to cater all the guests with the food. Food items had a wide range and good quality and taste. Rooms were average, I booked city view for rooms however on arrival the reception guy offered me back side view. I accepted without objection.
Negative Feedback: the facility needs better maintenance. Tiles on the entry are broken. The reception roof has webs all over. The roof top was dusty. Swiming pool washroom and changing rooms needs better maintenance they were stinking. Jacuzzi should have booking systems if the demands are higher.
Overall happy.

GGuest UserStay itself was short - 1 night for visiting kolhapur mahalakshmi temple. Hotel is very neat and near to highway so extremely convenient. Only one thing that irritated me was that they count and give milk creamer and coffee powder sachets! indirectly saying that buy coffee or tea from our menu! their restaurant was under renovation and hence we ordered food in the room only.

The staff at the hotel is truly the best – friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was simply outstanding, offering a delightful variety of flavors that catered to every palate. Each meal felt like a gourmet experience, prepared with utmost care and perfection. The ambience of the hotel added to the charm of our stay. It was serene, beautifully maintained, and created a relaxing atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Overall, our stay at Hotel Woodland was nothing short of fantastic. If you’re looking for a comfortable and memorable experience, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserI recently stayed at hotel greenland elegant in kolhapur. Overall, my experience was okay. The rooms were good and clean, providing a comfortable stay. However, the tv was not recharged, leading to non-functional channels, which was a bit disappointing. On the bright side, the breakfast offered was decent and front desk staff was polite, adding a positive note to the stay.

GGuest Userlocation - hardly 15 min walking distance from famous Rankala lake. Best part is that have huge parking basement parking space.
food - we had veg lunch and dinner, the taste was really nice. Since they prepare based on order so it might take some time for preparing it.
Rooms - rooms are big and king size bed is really comfy. Rooms were pretty clean too.

GGuest UserIt is very average stay after paying 2k+ for a night. Dirty rooms, washrooms, bedsheets, blankets. Non proper working AC. Restaurant service is the worst, while the menu is vast but available option is only Thali in dinner. Complimentary breakfast is treated like only this you will get, none other option even after ready to pay for it.
I often visit Kolhapur for 2-3 days to fulfill official duties. I was preferring stay at Kohinoor Square basis on past experiences but the last experience was very disappointing. I will prefer to stay at some where else going forward.

•no good hot water in bathrooms in the month of december (shivering cold day) only a bit of warm water is available, but manageable •flush lever of comode sometimes works, but manageable conclusion: it is a good hotel to stay in.
