I've stayed at many ryokans, but this was the first time I'd stayed at such a terrible inn. The internet had a nice, delicious-looking photo of the food, but I was completely deceived. The front desk was certainly beautiful, but the further I went, the more spider webs there were in front of the elevator, and as soon as I entered the room, a lump of dust had fallen, and the waitress hurriedly picked it up and put it in her pocket. I thought the food would be fine, but the crab was so poor it was completely disgusting. The bath had a drab, butt-shaped faucet that was incomprehensible. The dressing room was never cleaned, and there was a parade of hair and dust. The chef was smoking in the kitchen, and I was so angry about the high price for such an impossible situation. There were several hairs on the futon...there was nothing good about it! When I opened the window in my room, there was grass growing everywhere. It was the first time I'd ever wanted to wake up so early and wanted to leave the inn right away. I can no longer believe online reviews. This inn has become one that will stay with me for the rest of my life in a different sense.

Definitely the worst accommodation ever. The photos only show the beautiful parts, and when you actually see the photos, there is no sense of cleanliness. I stayed in a good room with an open-air bath, but the view was the worst because I could only see the surrounding dilapidated buildings, and it felt like there was a bathtub on the veranda that hadn't been maintained. Even though there are many unnecessarily many parlors, there are many people who are rough anyway and I don't feel the slightest bit of hospitality. It's bad even though it's called a restaurant kaiseki. On top of that, it was all cold and nothing left a lasting impression. The public bath is full of bubbles and there is no sense of cleanliness here either. The dressing room is also filthy... Is this what you mean by throwing money down the drain? Will never go again.
