The non smoking room was all smelling smoke- this is a general problem you can face in most of Konya Hotels. The hotel is a little outdated. It looks like it used to be a luxurious place. The breakfast was good, but the restaurant mood is not very nice. Can’t say if I will go back, it might be the best choice in Konya.

Although staff are friendly I would hardly rate this hotel as 5 star. Mattress was so soft my back is still aching. No instruction on how to get hot water in the bathroom, so had at least 1 cold shower. The breakfast was nothing spectacular, whole fruits not cut. Not even enough for a proper turkish breakfast. We were not impressed.

Perfect for business and pleasure. We like to enjoy as much as possible our business trips . This hotel is perfect fir this purpose because it is offering maximum comfort in luxurious building, large spaces with ottoman lavish decorations . The stuff is professional and friendly and the spa offers unique VIP hamam experience. We had very good dinner also in the hotel restaurant .

It’s a new hotel and the facility is clean n’ new. However, the in-room air con is controlled at 26c. Feel hot in room and we can’t do nothing about it! That’s the biggest bad part! The breakfast is averaged. If you are coming in summer time, suggest to find a hotel that air in can controlled by room guests.

The place has incredible architecture and design but it was a pity that we weren’t able to use the facilities whenever we wanted to due to the timing and renovations that were taking place. However, it was very clean and comfortable but the rooms were quite hot. The breakfast was your usual continental breakfast but Turkish flavored.

Konya ziyaretlerimde tavsiye üzerine ,oteli denemiş oldum,otel genel olarak çok ferah ve mimari olarak kusursuzca tasarlanmış,standart oda olmasına rağmen gerçekten çok büyük odalar ve temiz ,kahvaltıda özellikle kapıda karşılama yapan satış müdürü Hüseyin beye ayrıca teşekkürlerimi sunarım.Masaya kadar eşlik edilmesi,ve isteklerin sorulması takdire şayan bir hareketti.Bundan sonraki süreçte devamlı kalacağım oteldir.

Spotlessly clean, modern, excellent decoration, very kind staff, incredible food and breakfast. Huge rooms with full amenities. Huge pool and spa. Soft pillows and soft bed, minus the loud noise from the refrigerator.
